I have been looking for a printer like this to purchase, where I don't have to replace toner every few months. I love my new printer. Love the crisp, colored prints and black and white quality. This all-in-one is just what I was looking for. Highly recommend using HP Smart for installing the printer.

This product.....A HP SMART TANK....5100 series printer / scanner is a superior unit. Now that is set up it prints without wires from my laptop computer. A single convenience copy can be made from the copy bed with one button to push....very easy!...........The draw back i was able to overcome was the installation instructions.....They will move you all over mny screens.......You ay have to pusg a button on the back of your router......It is all explained.....in several languages in the ample SET UP & REFERENCE GUIDE.......Having got this one set up I am vert pleased

I am absolutely thrilled with my HP Smart Tank 5101. The days of panic-buying expensive cartridges are over! The refillable ink tanks are a game-changer—they are incredibly easy and mess-free to top up, and I can already tell the ink is going to last forever. The print quality, even on color photos and documents, is sharp and vibrant. Setup was quick and the wireless printing through the HP Smart app works flawlessly from my phone and laptop. If you print frequently and want to save a ton of money over time, this is the one to buy! Highly, highly recommend.

I love this printer. It produces terrific photos.The ink lasts forever. It’s also lightweight so it’s easy to reposition in your home if need be. It’s Wi-Fi connected so there’s that advantage. HP makes it very easy to set up. I highly recommend this product. And HP in general.

This printer was easy to set up and has worked very well so far

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a printer just for normal home use. After perusing through a few different stores and all the avaliable choices, I decided on this one. It's relatively easy to set up, drivers installed and your ready to print, scan and copy. Print quality is pretty good and you have an option as to what dpi (dots per inch) you want to use. The term "Tank" refers to the way it stores the ink. No more swapping out cartridges for the ink. I've only had this for a month and I'm happy with it.

Desk printer is absolutely amazing the quality off of the prints are excellent. The application to sync to your phone is super easy to do and everything works great the only reason why I give it a four star is because it’s a bit finicky at the beginning of the set up, but it’s absolutely worth every single penny.

It is slow,, but nice print. However, I never know if it will a) connect to the network or b) print the document. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Go figure. Have to hard wire printer to my wireless network to work at all. no problem with other HP printer on neetwork,

The print quality is great, came with a lot of ink which is great. And it was easy to load the ink. It seems like a quality product. I am having a little trouble with the ease of use, i can see it on my network but the wifi printing is not working. IT probably is my error, but i got it working with a direct connect.

I bought the HP printer at Best Buy. I had a very difficult time setting it up, even with the help of the Geek squad. Finally I reached out to HP and they set it up on my computers quite easily. So far it is working very well and I am pleased with the printer.

This product is great. The detail in printing is fantastic and uses very little ink.

Flexible, we can print via our cells or computers. Having 2 years of ink is much appreciated, and the quality of printing, both in black and white or color, is exactly what we needed. Perfect for our home office.

This printer is wonderful. After a year, I still have more ink before it runs out. But I dont print a lot, maybe 3 times a week the most. Even though the printer is a little pricey but it is worth it because you don't have to keep buying ink.

Easy to use , The only thing l do not like is AI mode makes printing 5 times hard l see no difference, and it randomly comes on.

Works well, easy to install, but it is slow to print color pages. Super slow. frequently prints green instead of brown, takes 120 seconds to see the error, so wastes paper. Doesn't print double-sided, its manual. Quality is just okay.

Now that I have the printer working, it is fine. For a non technical person it isn't very easy to deal with. I unpacked it when I got home. It doesn't use ink cartridges such as I am used to. The printer uses bottles of ink. There is a video that walk you through the set up. The problem I had was with the printer head cartridges. They look like ink cartridges. They also have protective tape on them, which I didn't see. I installed them without removing the tape and couldn't figure out why nothing worked. I had to take the printer to the Geek Squad and they found the problem. Since then the printer has worked well.

It serves its purpose well. Easy setup and easy to use.
