I like this printer. It prints quickly and clearly. It was easy to set up. My only issue is that it doesn’t have 2-sided printing.

I love the functionality of this printer. It was easy to set up. on the bigger side than my usual printers, but that okay with me. The ease of filling the ink tanks is very easy. My only con is the ink bottles are not refillable. I would buy the printer again.

set up easy. found WiFi with no problems. prints beautifully. only problem was that you need to manually turn over printer to print 2 sided document

I returned a different printer, was given credit for it and then purchased this HP Smart Tank 5101. I am very happy with it, it is very easy to put the ink in, was easy to hook up and does a great job of printing.

The BB ad says 3 years of ink but the box says only 2 years. The unit prints well enough but I can't get it to automatically print on both sides. I am still playing with it.

Printing quality is 8/10, great printer for University PDFs and the ink lasts for ever.

I’ve had this printer for a few weeks and so far it’s been great. I’ve used it to print from my phone and from my laptop and I’ve also used it as a copier. It is a little slow, but it works for my needs. Setup was relatively easy especially considering I am not technologically savvy in the least. The salesperson told me the ink was included—and it was—but I thought it was already installed IN the printer. Filling the ink from the bottles that were included in the box was easy following the step-by-step instructions. I also didn’t realize I would have to install the printer drivers (I didn’t even know what a printer driver was), but again it was easy due to the instructions. Overall this seems to be a good printer for me and I would recommend it.

Love this new printer! We had so many problems with our previous one but ot was getting old.

This ended being a fantastic purchase. I love that it comes with a nice supply of ink. The ink levels are visible which is a huge bonus. Much better than a traditional printer. The ease of use and print quality is great also!

Printer, scanner, copies… excellent all in one compact printer. It is not very clear how to order the free of charge ink. It comes with 2 years free consumables. High value for your money!

So far this printer seems to meet my needs for a home printer/copier/scanner. I thought it was a good price for a machine with the features I needed.

The printer works great -- the installation process has yet to work. The app won't complete installation, and calls to tech support have been ineffective. And insult to injury, I paid extra for additional tech support, but we're still not installed. I kept the printer anyway because it works as advertised and is a good value for the price.

needed a replacement printer and after careful analysis of various available printers. this one suited our needs. Operation and set up was not too complicated and once achieved the operation and use were flawless.
