The HP printer "Smart Tank 5101" has the flexibility to handle a number of capabilities and I can't wait to try all of them. The ink handled in each bottle should be less expensive than the older method of black/color cartridges. Overall, a good purchase for my needs.

Easy set up. Bought for school. Hopefully the ink lasts

Perfect printer for someone who wants to save money and time. I love how easy it was to set up. I love how lich il they supply you with and i love the ability to pront a ton without having to constantly worry about how lich ink i have lettover. I wosh they added a multi feed copy feature to the base models, but what can ya do. Definitely worth the buy though.

Pretty easy to setup, the ink didn't spill everywhere when filling it up.

Very good quality on prints, I've never had a wireless, so it took a day or 2 for me to get it figured out. I love it now that I know how to use it!

This IS a very good printer. My wife had bought the same model several months before me. She has an Apple machine. I have an old Windows 7 SP1 which still works (slowly). The box for this printer clearly says for Windows 10, 11 and Windows 7 SP1. I bought this printer for that reason and the fact my wife's works so nice. HOWEVER I could not get the driver. On the HP site it says they no longer provide the driver for Windows 7 SP1 as of a date in 2022! Had to return the printer to Best Buy ... NO problem.

Prints well. But it is too tasking to load papet un this printer. Would be great for a person that doesnt print lengthy documents.

Print quality is great. Only issue was how long it took to set it up. Regardless it’s a great product especially if it’s on sale.

Great printer to use once set up.great quality. Please do yourself a favor before you start to install by updating the software in your computer. I have a Chromebook that was only 3 months old and it required an update before I could install the printer.very frustrating considering a simple fix.

Wifi hook up is a little complicated. Problem could be I was using an iMac.

It works great. little noisy when it is getting ready to print. Easy to add ink. Had short time printed a lot and ink has gone down very little. Print looks great.

So far so good! Prints really neat, someone times it prints an empty page but it's not a big deal. There was a noise the first day I set it up but it resolved after resetting it. All good and no issues so far.

I have a VPN and didn’t know before I bought this that it wouldn’t work wirelessly with the VPN. After several hours of online tech support from Best Buy and my VPN provider , I had to pay an extra $100 for a Geek Squad rep to come to my home. She was fantastic and took care of everything to get the printer to work - but only with a wire connection with the VPN. If I want it as wireless I have to briefly disengage the VPN. This is an inconvenience, but so far a minor one, since it is important for me to have the VPN protection.

I like the bottles of ink instead of cartridges. Easier to fill . Ink lasts longer and doesn’t dry out.

Worried about multiple ink cartridges but so far it has worked well.

Well so far so good, hard to tell as we have only had it a few weeks and the main purpose we bought it for was for the ink to last longer than cartridges. It is supposed to last up to a years, so we will see then!
