Decent printer, but lacks the ability to scan multi-page documents easily and mine currently is struggling with printing the right colors

It works great. little noisy when it is getting ready to print. Easy to add ink. Had short time printed a lot and ink has gone down very little. Print looks great.

I really love that I can buy just the one color. The quality of the prints are very good. I bought this one to replace my other HP Envy 5530. I’m excited to have all the colors separate because with it I ran out of color the black didn’t work. Thanks for making then separate.

Best choice I have ever made in a printer. I will never go back to the old ink cartridges again.

Easy setup, no-spill liquid refills...hope to save a bunch in ink cartridges over the next few years!! I don't give it 5 stars since I just bought it less than a month ago so can't rate the long-term performance.

Product it great. Was suppose to get a 2 year extended warranty but the cashier just wanted us to pay and go away

So far so good! Prints really neat, someone times it prints an empty page but it's not a big deal. There was a noise the first day I set it up but it resolved after resetting it. All good and no issues so far.

Print quality is great. Only issue was how long it took to set it up. Regardless it’s a great product especially if it’s on sale.

I have a VPN and didn’t know before I bought this that it wouldn’t work wirelessly with the VPN. After several hours of online tech support from Best Buy and my VPN provider , I had to pay an extra $100 for a Geek Squad rep to come to my home. She was fantastic and took care of everything to get the printer to work - but only with a wire connection with the VPN. If I want it as wireless I have to briefly disengage the VPN. This is an inconvenience, but so far a minor one, since it is important for me to have the VPN protection.

Have used HP printers for close to 20 years. Have found them to be reliable and the print quality great.

HP continues to overcomplicate the simple print protocol for the sake of proprietary software. Prints nice though.

Not a bad little printer. I don't print much, but my printers never seem to last more than a year or so. This one was easy to set up and get started. So far, so good.
