Got this printer for my wife, she loves it. Easy to set up plug and play. She was printing what she needed in no time.

This is my first Smart Tank All-in-One printer. So, far it prints quickly and the color and picture quality is good and works for my needs. It scans quickly as well. Also, love that it comes with 2 years of ink already. So, far no complaints.

Well had Best Buy set up so just had to take home and hook up to internet. Well it’s asking me for a password and I never set up with a password so can’t use Printer to find out if like or not.

Excellent color, easy setup. I have done a lot of printing since I got it and doesn't seem to have put a dent in the ink, tanks still show full. After the last 3 or 4 printers I had, which were Canon, I am finally in love!

Used for work, great printer. I print a wide variety of platforms and this handles all very well. Quality is fantastic. I might add, as with any ink jet- be sure to print occasionally to not dry out the print heads.

This is the best printer I have ever owned. The ink will last me three years instead of me having to refill every three months. Great product!

Not easy to set up Does print on both sides of paper automatically

This barely does the job. It has several flaws. The power cord fits VERY LOOSELY into the machine, so you have to be very careful not to bump it or it disconnects. If I leave it on so it's available for printing anytime, it freezes and the fix is to unplug it from the outlet. It has, at times, printed only the last page of a multiple page job. Since it's an ink jet printer, I'm not real hopeful about how long the ink will last. On the plus side, it has pretty good color prints. Easy set up and the price was okay.

This Printer is not hard to understand with time,you manage well.it’s functioning well from my phone and manually.

I bought this printer because the refillable ink was quite easy. That would be a good idea, i was told it had dual Wi-Fi, but it does not. so it prints slow. I have 5G, but this printer does not print fast have problems with Wi-Fi when it was hooked up printed slow . the worst problem I had was jammed up three times . The paper and there’s no way to get it out easily. You can’t pull up from the front you have to flip the printer, unplug it turn it upside down and try to pull a full sheet of paper out of the bottom of it . extremely difficult never had a printer. It was so difficult to remove a jam. I am returning it to buy a different model. Do your research, I didn’t do enough!

My husband purchased this printer for me as a gift. It has been very useful and I have noticed that the ink lasts so long! It prints pretty fast and it connects easily to any device wirelessly, so you do not have to download anything extra to be able to print.

This is the 2nd one I’ve had in a little over a year. The first one wouldn’t print and had trouble connecting to my computer wirelessly. Hope this new one works better!

I had to return this item as the GEEK agent was unable to set it up. I think a different agent would have set it up successfully. I preferred this HP printer over the Epson one that I purchased

Nowadays, having a machine that does its job without breaking down is almost a miracle. Even though it's slow, it is secure and stable.

I truly love this printer. Easy to use! The Bluetooth printing works from anywhere in my large home.

So far so good. Easier to connect to wifi and print. Faster

So far it performs as I expected it to. I love the scanning and the color that I get when I'm print something. I'm not sure if I will be able to change the color bottles, but I'm still learning this new machine. I think it was a great buy for all that I can do with it.
