difficult to set up computer to printer but finally success. after only using a couple of times, times printed printed too high on the screen,

Wireless connection keep disconnecting. Wish it was easier to connect.

So far so good. We just got it set up. The only thing i find disturbing is that it wants to turn itself off all time if your not continually printing

Does what a printer does and nicely. The only draw back is 10 by 14 paper on scan is not an option. Really like the two year ink bottles.

It will drop the ip address and it doesn't automatically print both sides of te page

Amazing, I really love this printer. works great with all my devices. Im a brothers printer gal. i was unsure of getting a HP because in the past they were not user friendly but i stand corrected with this one. Now i wish i had gotten the all in one with the fax

Good quality, relativity easy set up. Does not automatically print double-sided. Tragic.

Hard time connecting to print. It will keep thinking or it would not show as your connected printers. It was really a pain for me to attempt to print LOL. It's really sad because it's a nice looking printer, but not worth the price.

No problems, but why “advertising” buttons at bottom corner of screen frame?!

I tried very hard to set this printer up. Yet I was unable to. I don’t understand why it would not setup. After two days of trying and talking to a technician the printer still didn’t work. So I took this problem printer back and got a different brand printer that worked awesome. Thanx for the opportunity yet This printer is nor in my fav category. Again, thanx for letting me try.

Our old printer was not working so we got this. Printing is great. The only issue i had was it was not easy to setup.

Wireless installation was a bit tricky. Had to factory reset the printer. Once done, I was all set. Can print wirelessly from any device and works well.

Very good printer, I only hope they will later add a printer with a bottom paper feed. I like that you have an option either tank or the electronic ink.

The HP Smart Tank 5101 is the dumbest printer I've ever encountered. Geek Squad came out to my house to solve the first problem: I couldn't print. They told me to unplug the printer and plug it back in. Goodbye $99.00. (Please note: The Geek Squad technicians were kind and professional. and generous with their time.) My current problems are printing downloaded documents and enlarging. I've gone in circles with this one. Funny thing, a BB salesperson selected this printer JUST FOR ME. Lesson learned: Check printer reviews thoroughly before you buy.

This printer is good & cheaper but having few problems. As it doesn't work with double sided printing so usage of printing paper is more.

Worked okay for a while. Jams a lot and throws a lot of error codes.
