    The HP Smart Tank 5101 is the dumbest printer I've ever encountered. Geek Squad came out to my house to solve the first problem: I couldn't print. They told me to unplug the printer and plug it back in. Goodbye $99.00. (Please note: The Geek Squad technicians were kind and professional. and generous with their time.) My current problems are printing downloaded documents and enlarging. I've gone in circles with this one. Funny thing, a BB salesperson selected this printer JUST FOR ME. Lesson learned: Check printer reviews thoroughly before you buy.

    The printer is okay. It looks good in and out. It also a great deal because comes with ink thats good for 2 yrs and you just have to refill but the only thing i dont like is how slow it prints.. sometimes blank paper comes out when i print something.

    Love not having to rely on ink cartridges like the old days. Able to check on ink levels simply by goancing at the printer and add more as needed. Very cool feature.

    Printer has been amazing. It took me about an hour to set up. I figured out it was so much easier to set it up on your phone first then transfer it to the computer!

    The paper tray isn't a tray where the paper is stored. It is positioned outside of the printer, so when loaded the paper is visible. It rests on its edge alongside and over the top of the printer.
