Awesome printer. The picture quality is great. Used it for my kids school project recently and he needed pics printed.

Quite possibly one of the most memorable printer purchases I've ever made—unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. The printer gave up after just two months. I reached out to Best Buy and the Geek Squad, only to find myself caught in a cycle of calls, upsells (including a membership that cost more than the printer itself), and ultimately, no resolution. I was even told I could take it to any store for a replacement—spoiler alert: that didn’t go as promised either. At this point, it's not hard to see why Best Buy is finding it tough to stay competitive in today’s market.

Couldn’t be happier with my new printer. Its performance exceeded my expectations from the start.

I like the ink tanks. Seems like it will be a big upgrade from cartridges. PDF files print slow. So slow. As long as you do not print a lot of PDF files you should be good for day to day tasks.

No, when I added paper for printing machine let the entire bunch fall into machine & clogged it up!!!

Easy to refill than the cartridges. Plus WiFi help better than cable line.

Difficult to install print heads, and it took a lot of work before it would print. No automatic feed for two sided printing or scanning.

The printer will not print. I have not had the printer very long. I used to be able to turn off the computer and turn off the printer, or cancel everything in the printer queue, then have it print, and it would print. Now, none of that works. It doesn't print. Do yourself a favor and buy the more expensive model -- the besalt colored one with the paper tray on the bottom. That printer actually works.

So far it has been working just fine. Seems a little slow.

I was very disappointed in this printer. I set it up to my cell and was able to print one page. Then it would not reconnect to wifi and nothing I did would fix it. Neither my laptop or the cell could find the printer again. It is not user friendly. The APP I downloaded was unhelpful as was the chat and the written directions. Two other people came to assist and were unable to fix it. I returned it.

Outstanding home printer. Much better price per page compared to my old ink jet printer.

This product was a very bad purchase for us. It does not stay connected to the WiFi network.

Caution ink leaks. I moved across town after filling the printer with ink, wasn't good. Black ink everywhere. Also make sure your wireless router broadcasts at 2.7kHz because it won't connect otherwise. Returning it.
