Very easy setup and works great. I havent printed pictures so I cant comment on that. Printed everything I needed with no problems.

I am used to High Quality printed photos. This ink is somehow different from Office Jet Pro ink cartridges. It is Crisp and Clear. And the ink does not dry fast enough. It smeared to some degree with all of the approx. 15 photos that I printed. - They say that the ink lasts much longer, and that may be true. But, the negatives outweighed the positives for me with this printer.

The printer is efficient and easy to operate. It operates so much better than I anticipated.i thought the price was a bargain.

Difficult to connect phones or laptops to print online

I would recommend to anyone looking to do printing on a budget. Good for students and for home office printing.

Prints beautifully. So nice not to have to deal with expensive cartridges that never seem to last long.

Best HP printer since they finally went to liquid ink.

This was supposed to replace an Epson we had for 7 years. I figured we could try an HP because we use them at work. Unfortunately, this HP printer is by far the worst printer I have ever owned. The installation instructions are horrible. It took forever to get it connected to my wifi network and when we did get it connected, it would continually disconnect, go to sleep, would not print and when it did print the quality was horrible. Additionally, when left on, the printer would seem to reset with all the light flashing and the only support provided was "pull the plug". I spent wasted hours trying to get it to work to no avail. And to add insult to injury, unfortunately, the return window (2 WEEKS?!?!?!) has closed so this will end up in the garbage. Had I known Best Buy's return policy is only 14 days, I would have purchased it elsewhere. I just purchased the Epson ET-2800 form Amazon, received it the same day, and it installed and works without issue. Should have stuck with Epson (and Amazon) from the beginning. Just another expensive lesson.

The adapter for the printer does not fit, its loose.

I like this printer because it is wireless, efficient, and uses tanks of ink that last very long and can easily be replaced. Highly recommended.

The printer, once set up, works as a typical printer. It is nothing special, prints easily and uses liquid ink, which is the whole point. I will say that the set up is not as easy as it should be. The app is hot garbage. I am a techy guy and I couldn't get it to work on either of my 2 computers or my phone. Once I learned that I could use wifi direct to connect directly to it, I did that and it works great. Hold down the wifi button for a few secs and it will print out the instructions on how to do it.

A coworker has a Brother color laser printer, and the print quality of HP Smart Tank 6001 is MUCH better.

The salesperson was very helpful. I needed a computer that allows me to print my artwork and more. This one is perfect for me right now. Easy to set up.

It was easy to set it up and pair it with my mobile phone and iPad. HOWEVER, it said up to 2 years of INK included but I can't find anything telling me how to enroll in this program. The original HP program I subscribed to said this printer is NOT eligible for the INK service.

Firstly it was hard to figure out how to set it up and use it but at this moment I can be in my bed in other room and make a copy of documents any time so it’s definitely good and useful

Easy to setup, good print quality and speed. Nice budget printer that doesnt give up qulaity.

Works great so far have had at one mouth. Setup on window-10 with the App is fast , but on older windows-7 computer is harder.

Great price for an all in one printer plus the ink supply will probably last for the rest of the life of the printer. Does color and double sided. Scanner as well.
