Very useful and high quality. Needs a little bit of setup but not hard to use

We have enjoyed this printer so far! At least we have been able to connect it to my husband’s laptop! That was a must when we bought it. The print has been clear and colors also. I say-so far so good!

I especially like have the printer tanks instead of the cartridges that dry out. Overall more economical. This printer is easy to use once it’s set up & perfect for home & small business use. Colors look real too!

I purchased this printer 4 months ago. It was easy to install on my wifi. It seems cheaply made but it runs perfectly. I usually print from my Android ver. B.15 phone and never have I had a problem. It runs perfectly with my ancient laptop, too. Ink usage is more than satisfactory.

Good stuff, easy setup, great quality. Don't put minimum word counts inyour review section moving forward. I'm your customer not the other way around, get your ship together best buy. Also don't tell people what type of language they can use in there reviews. You just lost a long time repeat customer with your censorship.

Once you get it connected to the wifi, printing is great. Now, getting it connected to the wifi is difficult, and will randomly disconnect. The instructions to connect to wifi are hard to find and not easy to understand. Wish i had returned this - need something printed and can't get connected -and of course, none of the troubleshooting steps include anything about a problem with the printer, it must be your network or router! Doing a restore of the wifi setup now which takes 2 hours. This is ridiculous!

I love this printer! East to set Ip and sync with my various devices, it’s easily prints double-sided and the print quality is outstanding! The cherry on top is no more addition printing costs. (I was using the HP monthly auto pr auto print) This is overall a great money saving investment. I highly recommend this purchase!

Excellent print quality in cold. HP app allows remote printing which has been a major plus !

I’ve had this printer for a couple of months now and it’s been great for me. I like to print pictures that I have taken and it works really great. The quality is great and the color is unbelievable. The ink that they give you is amazing so you don’t have too buy it. It is very easy to set up if I can do it anyone can.

This has been an excellent printer for my needs. Does everything I would expect it to do.

The new models of HP printers with ink tanks are great. The setup was simple and timeless. The printer works prints beautifully like every HP printer I have owned before. The 2 years work of ink will be nice to have and not have to replace ink cartridges anymore.

Easy to set up, ink tanks last much longer, small space

This printer is good when it works. Print quality is good for B/W and okay for color. A little slow in regards to starting up and print speed (both B/W and color). The only reason I’m giving it two stars is for the ink tanks as ink tanks are great for saving money on expensive cartridges. The major issue is I’ve had this printer less than a week and have already had to unplug it from the wall to reset it 4 times due to connectivity issues or getting the “all lights flashing” error for no reason (able to print once or twice), then the next day or so, it will give the error and say the printer is “unavailable”. I will be returning this one.

Service at the store was great. They had exactly what I needed.

Got this over less expensive hp models because it has larger ink reservoirs than. I really like the idea of no ink cartridges that dry up so fast with non usage. So far have been very satisfied with the print quality. Time will tell if the ink reservoirs are better than the carriages. The ink it with will probably last us a few years if it doesn’t dry up.

nice quality prints, so far so good, was pretty easy setup and able to print via Wi-Fi and using the HP Smart app

I purchased an HP-Smart Tank 6001 Wireless all-in-one Supertank Inkjet Printer from Best Buy in Appleton, WI. I am very pleased with the ease of operation of the printer and the quality of colored pictures. I would recommend this printer to anyone.
