Awesome! I was looking to replace my home office printer for a while...I found this one. I love the crisp color details not to mention the money saved on ink cartridges.

This printer is an excellent choice for at-home printing. I do a great deal of marketing work for a nonprofit and this printer is a reliable workhorse.

We love our new printer! The refillable ink wells save $$ as well eliminate the inconvenience of having to constantly stop to install cartridges. Easy to fill the wells and simple set up. Highly recommend.

Finally i dont have to keep throwing money away on new cartridges. 2 years out of the box? Yes please! I also got an additial discount with my Total Membership and $30 off when i recycled my old printer!!!

I just recently got this printer and it’s great. I wish it was a little bit faster but it’s a lot faster than previous printers I’ve had. The printer was hard to set up because for some reason the HP Smart App was not able to find the printer altough the printer was on. Despite the frustratingly hard set up, I’m happy with it overall so far. Also, don’t be dumb like me and forget to buy printer paper when purchasing this printer. Buy printer paper so you don’t have to go back to the store.

I am impressed-the wifi connection has been so reliable. It prints black and white draft mode fast and readable. I dont have to buy ink for a while-nice feeling.

Still learning but so far so good. Was recommended by your staff so I took their advice. Very different from my very old printer. Learning curve for scan pricess

Very nice printer! Exactly what I was looking for. I haven't used enough ink yet, but so far I'm glad to be done with the ink cartridges :). Best Buy made the buying experience very convenient!

Not sure if it’s the printer or the HP Smart app, but it wouldn’t connect to WiFi. The app will search for the printer like a champ, it just won’t ever find it. Got tired of watching the spinning pinwheel. Will be returning this tomorrow.

Set up is through thier app which made it super easy. Air printing does not work or it doesn’t have it. You need to set up thier app to print.

We finally have a home printer that works! We have only had this a few months and aren't heavy users but for us it's great. MUCH improvement over the old ink jet cartridge printers.

This is the worst printer, copier, scanner I have ever owned. Basically, take the list of things it is supposed to do and that is the list of what gave me trouble. The HP support is useless, leaving me in endless loops of frustrating misunderstandings. The answer to every problem is to turn it off, unplug it, and start over with this working less than half the time. There isn't one thing this machine did well, and most things it didn't do at all including, would not print on both sides of the paper, would not print on envelopes, and would jam about every other print job. My first mistake was buying it on a whim, my second was spending too much time trying to problem solve it rather than returning it, until it was too late.

very good printer, has alot of ink capacity for many prints and it can print pictures also, so with large ink capacity many pictures can be printed

Its almost like ot never runs out of ink! This could be operator error, but i have sonmuch trouble getting it to connect bluetooth. Now i cant get it to connect cable or wireless

This was an easy purchase and great buy! Printer works quietly. Easy to setup!

Good printer, easy to install. Prints faster than I expected. Good coloring when needed. Only problem is setting up Wi-Fi. Had to call support to clear problem. Also downloaded a thorough manual. Shipment had minimal operating instructions.

I truly love this printer! The quality is excellent, it can do two-sided, the ink will last a very long time, compared to me having to replace cartridges on my previous printer constantly. It's a good price for a great printer.
