I'm having horrible troubles with this device. I bought it because I needed a more up-to-date printer to interface with the new laptop. However, it is absolutely NOT easy to connect or maintain. Thus far, I feel like I've wasted my money. I still can't print!

Very hard printer to set up. Need cellphone for app to run printer. May return if up cant help set it up an runing.

Do not waste your money. Had this printer for 1 year, after 1 year the paper rollers will not pick up paper at all, to the point where you will have to remove the receiver tray, pish the paper in for it to then jame in the back of the printer. Worst piece of garbage ever made by man

Avoid the HP Tank 6001 – Very Disappointing Experience I strongly advise against buying the HP Tank 6001 printer. It has caused me constant frustration with repeated printing issues — it freezes, doesn’t print, and I often had to restart it just to get a single job done. Worse than the product itself is HP’s customer support. The assistance is extremely poor. They expect the customer to go through a long list of technical tests, essentially acting as their technician. For someone without technical skills or for older users, this is completely unreasonable. I bought the printer, and within just five months it started malfunctioning. I contacted support and spoke with three different representatives, but my problem was never resolved. After wasting hours of my time and dealing with unnecessary stress, I gave up, threw the printer away, and took the loss. It was a waste of time, money, and energy. Very disappointing.

Excellent printer. I have printed a few hundred pages and the ink is still good. I would definitely invest in this printer.

Great little printer that meets all our printing needs. It was a little challenge to install but has a nice design. We'll see how the super tank system works.

I love the concept, I love to NOT spend money. HOWEVER, I am so far unable to connect to my computer. It can copy, so I know it works. I spend 2.5 hours with HP, who was unable to fix the issue. I plan to call Best Buy so they can help. They are generally terrific and helpful.

This printer has wasted 8+ hours of my time with issues and troubleshooting, and we’ve had it less than 60 days. First, it wouldn’t connect to WiFi and we had to buy a USB-C in order to print. Then, it wouldn’t print in color. Today, I tried to print off pictures and could not get the printer to connect at all, even with the cord. Absolute piece of trash. It’s going back to Best Buy tomorrow, and I expect a full refund.

We are experiencing some difficulty. It messages a paper jam that does not exist.

What an incredible choice for a printer for our home use. This printer will cut the cost of weekly inkjet cartridges and trips to the office supply store to nearly zero.

I’m so angry & disappointed. I consider myself tech knowledgeable but this was just stupid. It wouldn’t connect to my phone or wifi no matter what i did. Now it’s another return because i am not going to go through a connection set up every single time i want to print. HP needs to get their heads outta their you know whats.

Tried hooking this up to 3! different computers, and ALL 3 are HP. Never could get this printer to connect to any of them. HP printers used to be the best. Not anymore.

slow moving the paper, so if you are in a hurry, you need to wait

Bestbuy took the time to hook it straight up to I pad pro. Having issues with Wi-Fi. This printer uses bottles to fill ink so hopefully will last longer.

Traded in my old HP printer love this one because you can change the printheads if they get clogged and will not work. Like the tanks instead of ink cartridges.
