    Have not used the printer a lot yet, however so far seems to be great. I like the idea of the color tanks instead of replacing cartridges.

    We purchased this printer to replace another hp printer that refused to feed the paper from the tray. Got it home and set up per instructions and figured all was good. Not so. This printer (even after following all instructions several times) has not and will not connect to our network to print pages from the computer. Certainly, been a waste of money and time.

    I first purchased an EPSON printer but it didn’t work for me. Best Buy staff made it easy to switch to this HP printer. Happy Customer!

    This was the single worst printer I have ever used, either at home or at a job. Setup was easy enough, and it has big ink reservoirs, but be prepared for it to get paper jams, not pickup paper, and give false alarms for phantom paper jams.
