Super easy to set up. Works good but goes into a deep sleep and then disconnects from wifi.

Great printer, easy to set-up, colors are great and quick to print. Plus, it fits perfectly into the drawer space for use and storage.

Our previous tank printer had been problematic for some time, so we decided time to return to HP. We couldn't be happier!! It has been a dream! It starts up quickly, prints cleanly and rapidly. It prints like a color laser with great definition. It can take a minute to warm up if it hasn't been used for a couple of days, but then it just flies! No paper wasting or skewed printing, just clean, perfect prints!!

I love the printer, but couldnt figure out how to get it to work with my laptop. I finally got a cord to connect instead of wireless...works great

The HP 6001 smart tank printer I bought & had installed is nice & very fast. The only problem we had the geek team had when installing it is the print app on my phones will not work with my new HP PC.

So far, so good. Have not yet had the opportunity to change ink cartridges.

So far this has been very easy to install with HP computer, also have Apple iPhone and Android cell in our home to print from, all we have to do in our home is decide what we want to print, and it's done. The setup was not messy which was a relief after spending hours (won't embarrass with how many hrs were spent) reading about what to except this was a waste of my time. Trust the new process Eco Tank is the way to move into an easier more cost effective way for our future in technology.

I purchased another extremely popular tank printer and had so much trouble- it wouldn't stay connected, wouldn't update, and the app looked like it was 20 years old. Sent it back and took a chance on this one even though HP didn't have the best reviews for tank printers. OMG, it is above and beyond! It connected immediately, stays connected, I have had zero issues connecting it to anything, and the app has free printables for kids and family calendars etc, plus I can send anything to my printer even when I'm away from home in the app. So glad I took a chance on this one!

Impressed with how this works. First tank-style printer and I like it so far.

I was having a hard time with setting it up,but since then everthing is printing, and scanning good.

I love this printer . The pages print nice and clear . I've already printed like 60 pages and barely used any ink.

So far all ia well. The customer service was non existent. I spent 15-20 minutes looking at different printers. Had a long conversation with another customer who was well informed. At least 2 BB employees in the next asile not doing anything ignored me. When I picked one up , one came over and offered to carry it to the check out. I had expected a bit of technical help. I had a $50.00 credit to use or I would have left w/o making a purchase.

I am very happy with the quality of the printer. The copies are so clear and professional looking.

Good overall. Wish it came with a cable although i had a few laying around. Also it likes the heaver weight paper.

Great product. It is a good idea to turn off auto update because if not it is always making noise
