A big improve over last printer & Ron , the tech who installed it, was very thorough and a skilled instructor. Still working out some wireless printing issues

Holds very little paper. The copy feature just stops working at random so you have to unplug and restart it often (which normally fixes the issue). It prints multiple copies at will. It is very slooooow. On a positive note, the images are clear, the ink tanks are so much better than cartridges, and it prints 2-sided (but may also print an extra one-sided that you didn't ask for).

It was great while it lasted. Now it constantly goes offline, just a piece of junk!

Incredible. Ordered on Amazon and arrived three days late. It was dead on arrival. so I went to Best Buy and bought another one. Almost had it set up and it turned off, on, off, on, off. It's the plug where it goes into the printer. It will not on. Pretty usel3ss.

This printer is all but useless paper jam 9 times out of ten it’s a complete design error!

third one I bought and they are the sorriest printers ever made. I will NEVER buy another hp printer. Wastes more ink and paper printing ERROR printing.I do a lot of photo shops and this is JUNK> Wasted my money.THREE TIMES. Never again'

You have to subscribe in order for printer to work. Scam.

This model is supposed to have automatic two-sided printing; I cannot get that function to work AT ALL!

Horrible. Factory error code would not allow it work and the replacement won't connect to the Wi-Fi

It is bad. Cheaply made. So flimsy. Error message 3 and 4. Very very frustrating.
