    The printer works really well but sometimes it goes offline and I initially had some trouble getting it back up and going. The HP help-line is a wonderful thing. They get me back online and I think I won't need them again. I love not needing ink cartridges. I live in the Bahamas and if I run out, I can't get cartridges on my island. If I take extra cartridges, they are almost dried up when I open them. So I am sold on the tank printer!!!

    Printer would not stay connected to internet. It would print one article & then not print the next acticle i wanted to print. Best Buy & Hp & Spectrum tried to help but issue was never resolved. Had to exchange to different brand of printer.

    Good value for the price, especially since we home school and print a ton. The ink lasts forever. My only issue is anytime there is an error you have to unplug it since there’s no command screen. Not a big deal but enough to dock a star. Still, I would recommend getting it.
