Buyer Beware

In my view, customer support using the install app is not helpful. I have spent much more time and ink and paper getting this to work properly that I am considering returning it and going with a different brand. So far after multiple attempts I cannot get the unit to scan to my desktop. I am pleased that Best Buy has a liberal return policy because if I cannot solve install problems after one final attempt it is going back. I have learned that others who have this exact same model have the same complaints- "works well, IF you can get it installed using their software instructions, and support is not helpful if you run into a problem" Buyer Beware.

Shouldn't be called Wireless -

Every time I send something to be printed, nothing happens. I have to try to reconnect the wifi, which does not work. My WIFI is strong. I even got a new router, just in case. I then have to unplug, reinstall and set up like a new device. HP should be ashamed, they know this is a flaw and still offer only a worthless one year warranty.
