Nice Printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I finally broke down and got a printer. Easy setup, prints and copies great!!! It’s been used quite a bit…my daughter is doing ‘virtual’ classes so prints a few things :) The printer is in the basement, my office is upstairs - no issues printing. Love that I can print from the laptop and from my phone.

HP printer jnstall issues
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Biught printer from Best Buy as ae have had good experiences w/ them. Got printerhom , unpacked and tried to start. Printer powered up fine and printed demo sheets; but could not get it to find WiFi. Called Best Buy and the best they could do is "bring itback to store". Not a god option for us as we have mobility issues - walkers et al. They then offered a home tech appt for$125. We took it for 4 days later. Techs arrived ontime and spent next hour getting printer to hook up to WiFi and print. It hasbeen working fine once online. Best Buy and HP are favorite vendors of computers, etc and will remain so. I do not know why difficulty w/ this printer- but am a computer nerd . Will no better next time.

HP-Smart Tank 7602
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this HP Smart Tank printer because it had "supertank" ink supply. I do a lot of printing and purchasing ink cartridges was gnawing at my budget. This HP - Smart Printer is a great value. My black tank has lasted for almost a year and the color tanks are still half full. What a savings!! I feel this was one of the most economic purchases I have made. Also of value was the help-line from HP although it was offered for only one year.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall very pleased with the quality of the printing. Easy to set up. The price was right also. The only challenge is when you scan, it's not automatic. But good so far.

Great printer for the price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer worked Great with great copy presentation as needed for approx 4 months and then the WIFI started to drop out almost daily requiring a reboot almost daily. Item was returned and replaced no questions asked. Best buy has one of the best return policies out there. ***On a side note I did purchase the extended warranty plan to alleviate any concerns for the next 4 years. Highly affordable for worry free usage for the next 4 years.*** Only gave it 4 stars due to WIFI Issues that devloped

Printer
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer has been awesome so far. It prints very nicely and looks really good. I also love that it comes with so much ink. Feel like that’s the main downfall with printers is how small the ink cartridges are. I wish all printers were like this in terms of how large the ink tanks are.

Trade In Not accepted
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Printer seems to work just fine, but I will tell you after 20 years Best Buy has lost my business. The trade in coupon of 30 towards your next printer that is featured (I recycled my HP Envy to purchase the HP Smart Tank 6001) was not honored. Best Buy in Portage MI refused the use of the coupon and when I called to find out why, I was conveniently hung up on 4 seperate times. When I called the main best buy number, the same thing happened. If I wasn't in need of this printer for prepping for my daughters Confirmation, I would return it immediatly and buy directly from HP. You can bet I will be buying all my future purchases directly and not from Best Buy.

Great printer and ink refill process
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good printer especially if you like to just print documents and pictures. The ink fill process is great and greatly reduces the cost of operation. The scanning operation and requirement of using the HP Smart app is also a rather big disappointment. Very limited operation while at the printer. Double sided prints are also problematic when generated from Scans.

Great little printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to use and seems to work well. Am looking forward to saving money on ink. I also like that it is much smaller than my last printer and thus takes up less space.

Ink tank based printers are the future!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a great printer. I love that it comes with "2-years" of ink out of the box, and replacement ink is super cheap compared to cartridge based printers. The initial purchase price is higher, but the amount you will save with the ink bottles compared to cartridges will more than pay for itself. I purchased 2 units for my business and was so impressed, I recently replaced my home printer with this same unit. The only downside is the HP Smart App that is recommended by HP for initial configuration. For some reason HP only allows the app to be downloaded through the Microsoft Store but my office computers are locked down so the Microsoft Store is not an option. I managed to download the app on my personal laptop and with some computer skills managed to transfer it to a flash drive and install on said officer computers. I must say, alternative manual method for initial configuration is time intensive so I highly recommend the streamlined HP Smart App if possible. Said restrictions on the app and the laborious manual method are the only reason i deducted 1 star overall and 2 stars on the "ease of use" rating.

Frustrating to us.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Frustrating! Although this printer prints well and the ink lasts forever which is why we bought it—it is extremely frustrating to use. It does not stay connected to our devices. Every time we want to print it take us 10 minutes to try to connect it to our phone or computer to get to print. Some times we have to switch devices just to get what we want printed. It has never worked right from day one.

Love the ink supply!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer especially for the refillable tank ink system. My previous printer I was using instant ink but received a cartridge that couldn’t be read by instant ink and wouldn’t print. So far I’m happy with this printer but sometimes since it’s hooked to WiFi only documents don’t print and I don’t see an error message . Print quality is good for my home printing purposes.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice small printer with toner refill bottles. Easy set up and copies are very clear and colorful. I would highly recommend this printer who wants a nice home printer with out a lot of bells and whistles but has the necissities you would want from a printer.

Printer
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great printer, it hasn’t failed me even once. Since the purchase, I’ve already printed about 5 or 6 packs of paper, and the ink still hasn’t run out. Moreover, there’s still more than half left.
