Impressed Printer!! Meets my printing needs.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was researching printers for probably two years. Done with Epson, had three of them, due to their paper handling issues and waste ink reservoir that dirtied 6 out of 10 pages with black ink smears. I did try an Epson big tank printer but the color rendering was horrible. For some reason I had never considered HP and was leery of the Tank technology. But after speaking with a BB printer guy I decided to take a chance on this printer. I am impressed with the print quality, especially with photo printing...crisp, and true color rendering. This was important for me as I print pictures, cards, and graphics, on occasion and they need to be perfect! Impressive printing with this printer.

Try the new HP 720 Printer you won't be sorry!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My new HP Smart Tank 720 Printer is amazing. First: Instructions were clear and very easy to follow to set up my printer. Second: The printing is clear and great color. Third: The amount of printed pages that you get out of the cartridges i think will last me all year. Don't forget Geek Squad and HP Support too!!!

Works great with minor hiccups
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great and we really like it. Super fast to print large documents. Challenges: the print tray is a pain to change out or add new paper and the "print head missing" error is a recurring frustration but has settled down after 2 months or so of daily errors.

Great printer at a good price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced my old officejet with this new printer. The improvements are noticeable. Connection to the iMac and Microsoft laptop via home network WiFi was easy. Print quality, scanner and no longer needing to replace those print cartridges is great.

HP Bandwagon
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looked at all the printers and decided to stay with HP,(our old 8600 had lasted 10 years and when we had a WIFI flare up thought it was the printer, ended up not being, but with all the time and effort comparing entire market we decided to go ahead and go to bottle ink). Best Buy salesperson led us to this model and ease of set up and one month of use we are more than happy with this product. Have already told others of value and ease of use. It's smaller size and looks are added pluses.

Loving my Smart Tank
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not tech savy person. This printer was very easy to setup and ink was very easy to load - not messy at all. The quality of print was very good and it was very speedy. The printer was small enough to fit in the area that we had. We had other HP printers and very happy with them but I think I like this one the best. It was a good buy for us.

Bargain all-in-one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, so good. Have had it for about a month. Setup was easy, downloading drivers wasn't difficult, but if this is your first printer you might have problems. Whatever settings I had transferred to my other devices, so that was nice. Ink loading was easy. There is packaging inside I almost missed, but they are indicated in the instructions, so follow them. It prints a little slower than my last HP printer, but it was almost $100 less, too. For what I need it's fine. I do miss that the paper tray cover doesn't lift, you have to pull the drawer out, but that's a tiny issue. The light on the front of the machine turns different colors depending on what's going on, which is nice. Black ink is used far more often, so that comes in a bigger bottle, and even with 4 seperate colors the ink is still way cheaper than my last HP printer. Scanning function has full image bed and from the little scanning I've done I don't see any problems yet.

Reliable and Efficient All-in-One Printer
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the HP Smart Tank 7602 Wireless All-In-One Supertank Inkjet Printer in Dark Surf Blue, and I am genuinely impressed with its performance. The setup was straightforward, thanks to the smart-guided lighting that made the process intuitive. The magic touch panel is sleek and responsive, adding to the overall modern feel of the device. The 35-sheet auto document feeder and 250-sheet input tray are incredibly convenient for handling large print jobs without constant reloading. The flatbed scanner delivers clear, high-resolution scans, while the borderless printing feature produces stunning, professional-quality photos. One of my favorite features is the low-on-ink sensor, which helps avoid unexpected ink shortages. The front USB port adds to the printer’s versatility, making it easy to print directly from a USB device. In terms of value, quality, and ease of use, I would rate this printer as “Good” across the board. It’s efficient, user-friendly, and offers great value for its price. I highly recommend the HP Smart Tank 7602 for both home and office use.

HP Winner again
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was debating on whether to buy an Epson or HP ink tank printer after using expensive cartridges on a 8 year old HP photo smart. I have read hundreds of reviews and watched videos till I couldn't keep my eyes open. Bad and good on both name brands. I have always been a HP person and was willing to give Epson a crack. Well, two things helped me make my choice. With all the commercials, Shaq didn't really do much to sell the product for me. I felt like he didn't really believe in the product. But... the Epson felt like cheap and I mean really cheap plastic construction. Mattel toys were built better. So, I got the HP. So far no at all. Followed hook up and installation by the book and it was perfect.. I did have to ask HP support for help with printing color photos using Adobe Photoshop and that went quickly and smoothly. No problem turning it off and on. WiFi stays connected. Really pleased.

Much Needed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had several printers in the past and this is by far the easiest printer to set-up and start using. Print quality is smooth and very clean. Printer is quiet and doesn't violently shake my table like the older ones. This is going to be a great addition to my small business!

A sophisticated all in one printer.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would say that this HP Smart Tank is really smart printer. What I like about it, that once you connect/put this on your wifi network then things become very easy. To setup you must be a little bit of tech savvy to properly set up. First thing you need to do is install the app then things become easy. Basically app connects the printer to the home wifi and guides you step by step process. UserGuide instructions are minimal and for the app set up. Fill the ink, print the alignment page and scan it. Printer is ready to work. Printing speed is okay, it would have been great if it could be a faster. Quality is as expected from HP, nice and clean. Scanning and copy functions are flatbed as well as from the document fader also. Quality is sharp. I was impressed with the feature that you can get the scanned document directly on the phone within the app. scan image/documents are editable. Cons: Setup is a bit tech savvy. paper holding capacity is small, Speed could have need fast. No photo printing option.
