A small, rapid and dependable wireless liquid printer that inexpensive to operate. Easy to install, too.

I'd give it a five star, but I think it was too expensive. Too bad I can't give 4.5 stars. I like the printer so far. The set-up wasn't too bad at all, and it is pretty fast. I like the quality of the prints. It has a lot of features that I'll probably never use, because the older I get, the more the technology leaves me scratching my head. Lol!

I appreciate the economy of smart tank ink, I had several issues with it going off line and had called helpline , issue resolved then occurred again several times , especially when I got a new laptop, could not print , I found that I need to clear all WiFi network info and start again, now working well, helpline person told me I had to manually write in smart tank , , something about the drivers on new Chromebook, printer itself works well and easy to use

I bought this printer about a month ago, so far so good. I really like the print quality. It was advertised as having ink up to 2 years, but I don’t know about that, I have not used it much and the ink indicator is already at 3/4 of each tank more or less. Only time will tell. Love it so far.

I cant believe how easy set-up was. HP has come a long way from the ink cartridge days. I have printed, scanned, both on the glass and feed copies to scan and save and it worked flawlessly. I even printed a copy to my printer from my phone from 300 miles away through my wi-fi. I would highly recommend this printer for a student, home owner, or small business. I use it weekly.

Setup was a little more involved then we expected but the quality of the print out and printer itself is very good. Having ink storage showing the level of each color sold us on this printer.

I just hooked up the printer today and it seems to work well. Set up was ok. However, the push to use QR code set up was annoying-required an account set up, with name, email, and credit card. It gave 3 free days, and then would charge me for use... I have no idea what "use" it was charging for. I skipped the QR GARBAGE and was able to print without making an account or my info.

I have had this printer for a while now and I've absolutely had no problems. It was easy hooking up and very easy to print. I printed several pictures in color and the colors are just beautiful. The ink is still almost full because this ink seems to never run out. Excellent printer

After years of owning an epson ecotank, it finally saw its last day. I was hesitant, but decided to give this HP a shot. I run a sign shop and print work orders and invoices all day everyday. This printer is fast. Ive made nearly 300 prints so far and the ink tanks still appear to be nearly full. I will be purchasing at least two more for the shop in the near future.

This is the first time I have upgraded my ecotank printer in 5-6 years. The print quality is wonderful! Setup is very easy. The document feeder tends to stick, so I have to babysit while I am scanning to make sure the pages feed properly. Overall, good quality and value for the price.

I replaced an HP inkjet that we had for about 8 years that had the paper carrier die. It serviced us well and we got our money's worth.
I've had Canon, Epson and HP printers in the past and none of them came on line without a lot of fuss and technical support. Well, HP got this one right. Unboxed it, plugged it in and followed the direction and within 15 minutes was up and running including wireless connections - no fuss, no muss. needless to say, I was a happy camper.
Now, on to the printing. This printer is quieter than my last HP and a bit quicker. I have not measured speed but for moderate use (I have a consulting business I operate out of my home), it works perfectly. And I love the Supertank. Putting the ink in was as easy as can be.
Color rendition is great, paper handling is great (the duplex printing works so much better than my last HP) and again, it is much quieter.
The only thing that is a bit quirky is the paper discharge. On my last HP, the output tray support shelf automatically popped out when printing started. This one does not so I leave it out - not a big deal. If you forget to put the shelf out, the paper will end up floating to the floor - not the end of the world but a bit of a nuisance.
