I love my new printer. I’m still getting acquainted with it. The colors are beautiful!

I appreciate how easy it is to fill the tanks, how long the ink lasts, and the quality of the printing. I wish it was faster.

Excellent piece of equipment. Been needed this kind of machine for years. Works perfect each time I use it.

This was somewhat hard to setup but once we watched a video we were making it harder than we needed to be. But the color in the prints are great.

Great printer, is easy to set up, and works without any issues! Just waiting to print a picture to see the quality there...

Love our new HP Smart Tank 7602. Great HP print quality and the extended ink supply, makes this a great printer for any use.

Love it so far! I really love how the ink works and not like your regular cartridge you have to buy that cost way too much money.

I like my new printer. It replaced an HP that used cartridges. I was a bit concerned with going to filling the tanks myself but it’s not hard at all. Still learning how to use it BUT that’s normal with a new item

I have s HP laptop and then I bought this HP ink well, couldn't connect with new Hp Laptop then got it to go just use a copy printer. Didn't dispense any ink on the parer. It did its reference page fine. Actually i did three test reference paper with the ink on the paper but nothing I-need-a-copy-of copy did it put ink on the paper. Drove it back to Best Buy store (130 miles one way to the store). I bought the next model, another HP printer. Uggggggh! Three hours with the Geek Squad until they finally said it's software error from the prnter to the computer - and That I needed to call support from HP. At that moment I bixed it uo and drom another 130 miles back to Best Buy and bought an EPSON No problems with the EPSON printer. When the Tech said I needed as it is my fault because of a software issue of the Printer to call HP Tech support. NOT MY JOB TO FIGURE OUT A BRAND NEW PRODUCT TO CONNECT A BRAND NEW HP COMPUTER!!!! By the by, HP computer is doing great. Good purchase for me to have gotten that HP laptop.

You would think that BB would not have enough employees working the floor, every time I was there someone was always available to help me. If that person was busy then they would contact someone from another department to assist me with my search. The other individual would be well prepared and informed. They are courteous, professional,and knowledgeable. That means everything!

Good Printer. Little bit difficult to pull out the tray

It is a good printer. I have bought Hewlett Packard for some time. Haven't had this long but expect nothing but 5 stars.

Really nice printer. I'm really glad I decided to let the Best Buy Geek squad set it up. They did a great job.

Easy to set up than older models. Ink seems to be plenty - will have to use more to confirm. So far so good, no complaints.

The smart tank features are very good. The 7602 printer was very easy to set up and operate. The wireless features help with the set up and use.
