    I really like the printer. I had some issues with setting it up. The directions were not that clear with connecting to my computer. I had a computer specialist come in to get it connected, He was there foe an hour but finally got it connected. His comment was HP over simplfied the directio ns. It is up and running and workig great.

    constantly losing connectivity with computer, but the worst thing is no dual siding scanning!! What good is double sided printing if it doesn't automatically scan both sides?? HP has gone backwards in technology in my opinion. Have had many hp 8600 printers that were wonderful. They did everything and had a nice sized screen for the menu. The salesman told me this one was way better, so I bought 2. He lied!! Major regret!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
