I purchased this printer because my current printer was having issues. I had a 7640 Envy printer that I had for many years. It was discontinued and I needed to find a printer that matched the feature of my old printer. I found the Hp 7603 was the only printer that matched up to it. I was leary about the ink tank being costly ink to replace, but found the liquid ink is much more cost saving than the cink cartridges I was replacing and spending alot of money on. I use my printer everyday and have not seen the ink go down at all. This is a plus for me. The only con I can say is the LED screen is small and hard to see. It is compatible to the Hp envy series ptinters and the only internal fax that compares to that all in one model.

COLOR IS GOOD THIS IS NOT A "PHOTO" PRINTER IT'S A GOOD HOME PRINTER THAT PRINTS GOOD PICTURES, BUT IT'S BENEFIT IS IT'S BULLETPROOF AND INTUITIVE. IF I CAN'T INSTALL AND OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT YOU CAN DO IT. THIS IS A PROBLEM FREE UNIT YOU WILL ENJOY THE LARGE PRINTING TANKS AND PRINT CAPACITY, AND IT DOESN'T BREAKDOWN.

I've only had it several weeks. The set up was very easy. Downloading the application was easy. The display tells you pretty much what to do! The print quality is nice & fast.

Its a very fast printer. Ink cost is really inexpensive, when compared to cartridges.

ever since I bought this printer, I’ve been more productive with all my paperwork. additionally, the ease of connectivity to it is incredible. Everyone in my house can print from all of their devices that includes smart phones, and tablets. i’m still using this set of original inks. so you’re not gonna be refilling this printer anytime soon unless you constantly print every day.

I am loving the HP Smart Tank printer! I love the bottles to fill the tank, #1! No fuss, no mess!! I love that the tank indicators are on the front of the machine and not on the side like my other eco tank was. It was super easy to set up and get working, did take a little to get used to how it works, but overall its a great machine and it prints great. I haven't had any problems with 2 sided printing and it prints envelopes much better than my last printer! Hard to find any negatives.... I gave 4 stars for ease of use only because it's taken me some time to get used to how it works... it's my fault, not the machines!

The unit itself seems great. Pleased with the quality and the inking process that I expect will save a good deal of money. It is quiet and compact. My only frustration is the HP Smart app's quirky reliability/unreliability in utilizing all of the nice features of the printer.

I purchased this April 2024 and still have over 50% each color remaining with frequent printing. Quality is very good and air printing very easy.

I purchased this all-in-one a few weeks ago to replace 12-year old HP 8600 plus which had been quite robust and dependable. This Smart Tank 7602 will definitely save on ink since cartridges for my old printer topped $130 for all four standard cartridges, while all four ink bottles for the 7602 is $67. The printer itself is small and very flimsy. When opening it to install the ink, the hinge for the cover seems easily breakable so I had to gingerly raise it to its locking position, Likewise lowering it to disengage the locking position seemed fragile as well. Aside from that, the most glaring problem is installing the drivers which took quite a while, and the website had so many popups (repeatedly asking if I wanted to install Windows 11, other advertisements for HP stuff, and a survey request) which detracted from the installation. I had to reinitiate installation twice in order to complete installation. The HP Smart application would not work correctly with our computers (an HP desktop and HP laptop running Windows 10), and I wound up installing the universal scan software and driver so the scanner would work properly. I opted not to subscribe to the HP Instant Ink program since I don't need my printer to be monitored by HP. Overall, scanning and printing documents, and printing photos happens slowly (at least slower than our old printer), but the quality seems ok. Printing photos is one feature I needed that wasn't offered on the HP 9100 series printer I would have purchased since it offered double sided scanning from the ADF, a desirable function not available on the 7602. Even with the aforementioned issues, I would recommend this all-in-one.

After my HP 8600 printer would not clear error messages, I decided to purchase a new printer. I searched at Best Buy for a new printer. In the printer aisle, I found an HP representative. I spoke with him about printer choices. He recommended the HP Smart Tank printer. I was excited to learn about the ease of filling printer ink and not worrying about cartridges. The Smart Tank printer was on sale and a great bargan.

the ink install is so easy,not like the messy cartridges of the past.easy to follow installation, being 80 yrs old I was concerned and intimidated,but no problem .I love my new printer a great investment ,fast and perfect print outs

After years of owning an epson ecotank, it finally saw its last day. I was hesitant, but decided to give this HP a shot. I run a sign shop and print work orders and invoices all day everyday. This printer is fast. Ive made nearly 300 prints so far and the ink tanks still appear to be nearly full. I will be purchasing at least two more for the shop in the near future.

We need a new printer. Easy to set up, fast and works great. My wife love it.

I have used this product and earlier versions for more than two years. This is a quality product. I have been able to print all the items necessary to operate my business at a much lower cost than our existing laser printer. The ink lasts a long time, but we do find that we replace it every six months, rather than every two years as marketed. We print up to 220-pound card stock with no problems. I highly recommend this unit as a lower-cost, high-quality color print option for home or for small business environments.

Great product for a great price. Great that it comes with 2 years of ink.
