The setup for this printer was provided in a simple, step by step order. The printer's functions (print, color print, duplex printing, scan and scan with document feed) all worked first time and worked without error or problem. It was a dream to set up, and it does what it should, quickly and efficiently.

This appears to be a good printer in general. It has some quirky settings and was not as easy setting up as it should have been. The LED screen on the top takes some getting used to. No printers are as user friendly as they should be. No manual of course. Hopefully the ink system is better than the old cartridges and cheaper! Fingers crossed this lasts for a few years. My beef with all the wireless printers are that they don't stay online - but this one is way better than the Brother laser printer I had that was the worst wireless printer I have ever used!

Am enjoying this printer. The color tanks were easy to fill. It was an easy set up and is working great. The best buy team member did an excellent job in helping me with my selection.

Love this printer. I had orignally purchased a lower grade model, but it was defective. The replacement was also defective. So I upgraded to this model and love it. It prints very quickly and comes with a ton of ink. I am actually glad that the lower grade models were defective and I was forced to upgrade!

Very easy to set up. [But Note: if you are only using an iPad for printing, then the directions should state that you should NOT use the HPSMART app. I could not print at all from my brand new IPad Air. I had to remove the app in order to print.] THe print is very crisp looking and very professional. I need legal size prints some times, so it does that also!

This thing is awesome! Colors are crisp. Very easy to use off of your phone or laptop. HP has always been my choice of printer

This printer was easy to set up. I love the large tanks of ink. I printed my Christmas cards with it on photographic paper and they turned out great. I highly recommend this printer.

The HP Smart Tank 7602 printer has been a great printer for our family so far. It was super simple to set up, even for a not too tech savvy person like myself. It prints great! Colors are great! The large ink tanks last way longer than the old style cartridges.

Nice printer. Holds a lot of ink. Worth every penny so far. My only issue is having to download the app to operate and the Scanner feed is horrible. System errors always happening

This printer has been an amazing upgrade. The setup was very easy and it simply prints from multiple devices; Dell, HP, Mac and any phone. Haven’t used photo quality printing yet but I’m sure it will do great! Highly recommend.

Solid product with easy set-up, reasonable speed, and good printouts. The detachable head is a big plus for cleaning and the ecotank will save a lot of money on ink.

Got this printer to replace the old school cartridge printer. So far after just a couple months this is a great printer. The ease of filling and just topping off of ink is great. The print quality is just as good as the old printer. The price was a little expensive for anyone on a tight budget.

For my point of view this printer works perfectly. I could be in the toilet once it’s on I can print . Setting up was no problem, properly instructed how to set it up with the barcode. I haven’t tried the fax yet hopefully no problem also. I will definitely recommend it .

So far so good although set up was a bit complicated even with the HP smart app. The instruction manual was horrible. Putting the included ink in the ink tanks was not explained anywhere. So "heads up" Do Not squeeze the ink bottles when you turn them over and put them in the ink tank slots. Learned the hard way because eventually they fill (but no where does it state not to squeeze) Had a small mess after the 1st attempt. Was able to clean up but not perfection. Seems to print well so far at a reasonable speed. Its a decent printer for home use but not a quality office printer. Time will tell on this one.
