Product is useful and works well. I was having trouble with printing before.

The product seems to be a quality HP printer but I am awaiting Best Buy Geek Squad to set up the printer to my communications system. The Geek Squad reacted swiftly to my request for support and will be at my home soon for installation.

The buying experience was very good. The clerks who helped me were very knowledgable and helped me understand the pros and cons of several printers that I was interested in. The printer was relatively easy to set up. The ink went in easily with no mess. It prints well. In our house, it services two computers. From mine, it wouldn't offer options to print in color, but from my husbands, it did. I contacted HP chat agent who led me through a procedure to fix the problem. That involved over an hour of time, but it works now, so I am happy. However, she did try to get me to buy an additional warrantee.

I was in search of a new printer after my old one decided to quit. The HP 7602 popped up and really intrigued me and after purchasing it, loved the simplicity of use and how easy it was to set up and use. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new printer

This model doesnt print as dark as some laser printers but doesnt waste ink either..no cartrige, straight up bottles of ink..and with the two years free ink it was a no brainer.

Easy install. Works great. Will need to see what happens a year from now.

This is the most wasy to use, efficient, and high quality printer I have owned. Used many other brands, but HP has been the best so far. I would dwfinately recommend this to anyone looking for a printer.

Best buy associate directed me to this printer, it has been a real relief having that assistance and as for the printer, it is a great buy for my home business.

Was well.packaged, procting it from damage. Easy to set up. Instructions along with online vidro, well done. Easy to load ink with no mess. Print qaulity is good. I think the pricr is high, but I am hoping to make up for it, in savings on ink.

recently purchased an HP printer, and overall, I’m very satisfied with its performance. The setup process was straightforward—using the HP Smart app made connecting to Wi-Fi quick and hassle-free, even for someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy.

So far so good although set up was a bit complicated even with the HP smart app. The instruction manual was horrible. Putting the included ink in the ink tanks was not explained anywhere. So "heads up" Do Not squeeze the ink bottles when you turn them over and put them in the ink tank slots. Learned the hard way because eventually they fill (but no where does it state not to squeeze) Had a small mess after the 1st attempt. Was able to clean up but not perfection. Seems to print well so far at a reasonable speed. Its a decent printer for home use but not a quality office printer. Time will tell on this one.

Product works well. Very satisfied. The store associate was very helpful in selecting the printer we needed. Really happy with the purchase.
