I love this printer. It's working fine for business and perdonal use.

I've always used Epson printers. They always performed well. I bought this because I'm tired of ink cartridges. It was easy to fill the ink tanks. I like that this is an all-in-one printer. I also bought it because it doesn't have AI programmed into it.

After losing all my electronics in a Cat-5 hurricane Ian, then again in Cat-4 hurricane Milton several months ago. I love the concept of this printer, it is smaller than the replaced Office-Jet series much bulkier printer. Although I have had to swap it out several times for a variety of reasons, I'm hoping all the kinks are all worked out now. Depending on what you are using the printer for, will determine if this is the product for you.

So far so good. Easy set up. Does what it is supposed to do. Replace an hp photo 7800 that i had constant problems with. Hoping for a better experience.

I just hooked up the printer today and it seems to work well. Set up was ok. However, the push to use QR code set up was annoying-required an account set up, with name, email, and credit card. It gave 3 free days, and then would charge me for use... I have no idea what "use" it was charging for. I skipped the QR GARBAGE and was able to print without making an account or my info.

The product is incredible; the ink doesn't run out quickly. I've been using it for over 6 months and I print more than 100 pages a day. The quality and speed are impressive. I recommend it 100%.

I love this printer and hope I haven’t jinxed it! Absolutely no problem to set up, fast enough, great quality print. Have not had a chance to use other features but expect they are equal to the task. No idea as to ink usage yet however if it is one instead of two year supply, I will be just as happy

This printer replaced an OfficeJet Pro about 9 or 10 years old. I love that ink will be much less expensive, especially the color. Paying roughly $40 for a ton more ink when needing more ink is better than $100. However, compared to my previous all in one printer, while it is smaller and lighter, it is also slower at all printing quality settings, scans documents slower, has a smaller touchscreen, and is louder. Still a great all around printer, definitely worth it for the ink pricing in the long run, just the somewhat slowness of printing and quite slow document feeder scanning make it less convenient.

Great printer. Works perfectly well. This is the best printer in quality and price!

The quality in the print is great but trying to turn it off or change the menu of how to replace it once already. Not reliable. I would not buy this one again

This printer is exactly what I was looking for. I really like it.

A little complex to setup for multiple windowsdebices. Especially for non wifi USB access. Finally got setup, works well, great printing and copy features.

Printer produces quality prints, and copies. User friendly

This is the best setup I have ever had-All-In-One and so much easier than fooling with ink cartidges. Great machine.

The only reason I didn’t give this printer a 5 is because of the limited use to date. It has performed flawlessly so far. I would recommend it.

The setup for this printer was provided in a simple, step by step order. The printer's functions (print, color print, duplex printing, scan and scan with document feed) all worked first time and worked without error or problem. It was a dream to set up, and it does what it should, quickly and efficiently.

Over all great printer. Quality is superb. Initial set up does take a little time, but well worth the effort.
