Love the hp smary tank 8702 printer. Nothing like a HP

Excellent product, easy to setup. Will always stick with HP printers

Was well.packaged, procting it from damage. Easy to set up. Instructions along with online vidro, well done. Easy to load ink with no mess. Print qaulity is good. I think the pricr is high, but I am hoping to make up for it, in savings on ink.

This is the most wasy to use, efficient, and high quality printer I have owned. Used many other brands, but HP has been the best so far. I would dwfinately recommend this to anyone looking for a printer.

Great printing machine! Love it! Very easy to use and print multiple copies at any time. Perhaps my all time favorite printer. I would recommend this printer to everyone who is in the market to buy a new printer. It is also very cost and labor effective.

Wasn't working for me, they had internal issues, was a great printer at the beginning.

I got this as a replacement, it turns out to be a vastly better machine than I had. I would highly recommend getting this machine to anyone in the market for an upgrade.

I love this printer. The printing quality is good. and 4 bottles of ink included which is a plus point. the set up is easy.

Imagine a world where you go to print something and it acutally prints! No "replace the cyan" no "i can't remember how to be a printer". You go to print, and it prints. This is the best printer I've ever owned. So far, everythign I've asked it to print has actually printed, the first time, without arguing with me.

So far so good although set up was a bit complicated even with the HP smart app. The instruction manual was horrible. Putting the included ink in the ink tanks was not explained anywhere. So "heads up" Do Not squeeze the ink bottles when you turn them over and put them in the ink tank slots. Learned the hard way because eventually they fill (but no where does it state not to squeeze) Had a small mess after the 1st attempt. Was able to clean up but not perfection. Seems to print well so far at a reasonable speed. Its a decent printer for home use but not a quality office printer. Time will tell on this one.

Setup was a little more involved then we expected but the quality of the print out and printer itself is very good. Having ink storage showing the level of each color sold us on this printer.

I love the printer. It is easy to use. The printer and color is excellent. I had recently brought another brand and it was so hard to use that I was about the pull my hair out in frustration.

Prints well and uses little ink. Great buy. It does all I need for m schoolwork.

Great printer, the ink lasts a really long time, and the only thing I don't like is that it goes offline a lot.

I have always purchased HP printers. I have had this printer for about a month. It seems to print slower than other printers. And the commands are digital, but take longer to program because only one ‘command’ shows up at a time - needing to scroll to get to the wanted ‘command.’ If you want 20 copies…..it is necessary to scroll through numbers 1-19 to get to 20 instead of just typing in ’20.’ Perhaps I just don’t know how to do this. Also - how do they decide that it has ‘two years of ink?’ I am quite sure this ink supply will not last two years for me. I also think it is unusual that the top of the paper tray cannot be removed. The whole paper tray needs to be pulled out in order to see how much paper is left. I am just a little disappointed in some of this printer’s qualities.

Works very well. Both black and color is good. Speed of printing is good. Very easy set up.
