It works great. It was very easy to set up. I have been very pleased with the quality and speed of this printer.

I hate HP’s printer and ink strategy. My company made the mistake of trying their instant ink program and immediately regretted it. Our printers were reprogrammed to not accept any recycled or alternate brand ink cartridges. We have several HP printers and I swore we would never get another. After extensive research, I decided to try the HP Tank style ink printer. It is super easy to refill, lasts a long time, and is much more cost effective than regular HP cartridges. I may stay loyal to HP after all - we’ll see if they try any wonky restrictions over time……

It took a little time setting up, but after following the instructions I got the printer working fine.

We’ve only had the printer for a month or so, but it is by far a much better quality than any other printer we’ve had. I believe the ink bottles are easy to install as well as the entire set up of the printer. Would recommend to friends and family.

Window is hard to see when turned on because you have to Stand up to look down to read it!

This is the best printer we have owned. HP makes it very easy and cost effective to fill ink tanks. As always, very east process to purchase on-line and pickup within hours.

Bought the HP smart tank all in one printer. Once you get it figured out nice the printe job is great better than my older hp printer. I got one good deal on it.

I love this printer, but it was a bit diffacult to set up. Boutgh for my small Business and loving that i don't have to keep buying ink.

This printer performs perfectly. The print speed is compatible with my work needs and the printed product is sharp with clear and bright illustrations and photos.

Seems to be working great \upgraded with new computer looking forward to not replacing ink all the time.

I was able to install this printer myself easily. I loke being able to see when ink is low. Print quality is excellent.

Of all the printers I have had, this version of HP is the best. It comes up quickly, it is very easy to get online and connect to my wifi. And last, the folks at Best Buy were the most knowledgeable and helpful when I got conflicted about what to buy for a new printer.

Originally purchased an EPSON printer but after getting and trying to set it up didn’t want it. To difficult to set and and use. Returned it to the store for a refund. Talked to another associate, she answered all my questions and provided me additional information. She Was very helpful. About a week later we received a sale circular and noticed our printer was on sale. We returned with our receipt and were given a refund for a lower price. Over all the folks we encountered were very professional and friendly.

Helped by Santa Maria store manager to set up printer. Everything worked excellent. Very happy with purchase and with help with set up. Strongly recommend Best Buy.
