Honestly LOVE this printer. Has come in handy for my college classes. I also have the ability to print photos from my phone since it works wireless.

This Printer is horrible. It constanly giving a message that there is a paper jam, you cant send a docume t from your phone to print, it had to be sent through s website to print. If there is a servive issue HP requires a charge that you have to pay even for a brand new printer. The alignment is crooked no matter how many time i have to realign it. Just a very poor unreliable product…… i do not recomend.

Excellent replacement for old larger and balky HP printer.

I have been an HP loyalist for many years and assumed that this product would work as well as all my previous purchases had. I was wrong! I had purchased two HP printers from another store since that was required by the company I got it for. The first one came without print heads, so I took it back and got another one. It too came without print heads. The boss went and got a laser printer. I went to Best Buy and got this printer for my own use. It would not work wirelessly which is what I need. I spent multiple hours over several days with Geek Squad and they couldn’t get it to work properly. I took into the store for Geek Squad there to try and get it to work and they couldn’t. I’m sorry but three strikes and you’re out. I don’t know why HP isn’t putting out a quality product like they used to but two different models and three different printers tell me that they’ve got problems.

We like the printer a lot. I had a little trouble setting it up, so I called HP support, their help was great. The technician was able to take control of my computer set up the printer and download the necessary software and drivers and we were up and running.

This model doesnt print as dark as some laser printers but doesnt waste ink either..no cartrige, straight up bottles of ink..and with the two years free ink it was a no brainer.

We are loving our new printer. Very easy to setup and love the ink bottles.

It works great, is easy to use, and has lots of extras.

I am very pleased with the printer in terms of how easy it was to install and how well it functions.

Fantastic printer!! Quick printing speeds. The photos it prints are amazing! The interface is great and the setup is a breeze. Can’t say enough good things about it.

One of the better printers I've had over the years. Would give it a 5 star but the print speed was just a tad bit underwhelming. Still, it's a pretty nice printer and all the functions you get for the price is definitely worth it. It's also pretty compact too so there's not too much to worry about as far as sizing goes.Overall, I'd say if you're looking for a printer that gets your money's worth, then this is pretty much it. Like I said though, print speed is a bit on the slower end in my opinion.

This printer has excellent quality printing. The ink well's seem to last for an exceptional amount of time. The only problem I had was with the installation. Many issues that I needed help with. Was frustrating. If I purchased this item again, I would have it delivered and installed by a pro who knew what he or she was doing.

Great customer service!! They are friendly, patient, bilingual, knowledgeable, and give you the confidence to buy the item your are in doubt of or even have a change of heart and totally go with a totally different brand!

Pleased with ink usage, setup could have been a little easier, not as easy to connect or wake-up despite print anywhere feature, overall does what it suppose to do with a little more effort. Hope it last as long if not longer than last printer, too expensive to replace in less than 10years.

Easy setup. Ink last and quality of print looks good.

Went in to buy a different machine. Glad I got this one. Not only does the ink last longer, it also prints front to back without turning the paper! Haven't tried the fax yet. Colors are nice.
