Great printer. I liked the fact that you do not need to buy ink cartridges. Which has been lasting a long time. This is a different setup than I am used to, but easy to use.

Great all in one printer, easy set up and this is what i was looking for to make my day easy. I have no regrets with my purchase.

The features seem pretty decent, but the build quality of this printer seem a little subpar for the price point. The main reason I bought this is because of the ink tanks. I'm hoping it will be cost effective in the long run, but the initial price of the printer seems a little steep for the quality and features of a mass-produced product. The paper tray seems particularly cheap because it feels like it could break each time you open it. There's no tray guide on the rear of the paper stack so it leaves you wondering if the paper is loaded properly, compared with older printers. The ink dispensing system seems very nice and easy to fill the tanks with no mess at all. I do wish there was some lighting inside the printer when you open the top because in a low lit room, it's hard to see inside when filling the ink tanks. The print quality appears to be great and the software seems to integrate nicely from the computer to the printer. I also like the minimalist, but very intuitive, monochrome touchscreen on the top front of the printer. I also like the color and overall visual appeal of this printer. I was strongly considering buying a color laser printer when I arrived at the store, but when I saw this printer, I figured I will give inkjets one more attempt because these ink tanks might save enough money to justify the printer.

So far I am very impressed with the print quality of my new Smart Tank printer. Also very please that I will no longer have to deal with cartridges! Great recommendation by your staff! Thank you!

Printer works reasonably well, but constantly comes up off line . Have to reboot often . Print quality good.

Easy to operate and all functions are operational.

This is an excellent price of tech. HP really knows who to make setting up easy. The printing is a little noisy, but the quality is nice, and the cost of ink long term is going to be a savings over my Canon printer.

Prints very quickly. So far, I printed over 100 pages and no paper jams.

I was very hesitant to buy another HP Inkjet. After speaking to the Best Buy staff they showed me all of the improvements and I decided to give it a try. It had preformed 100 times better than my old one!

Great printing and scanning - well worth the cost!

It is OK. Don't like the paper tray which is flimsy and hard to open. I push in on the side of the tray to get it open. Also hard to get at a paper that was stuck. The best thing, it does not seem to use much ink. This will pay for itself in just 2 months on ink alone. Highly recommend this for the ink efficiency. It is much quieter than my old Dell.
