I bought this printer 11-12-2024 and at first it was great. Then about 6 months into use it started printing red lines across the paper. Aligning the print heads or cleaning did not help! By one year it was complaining about print head failures and then one month after the warranty ran out they are missing. Replacing the print head did not fix the problem. HP is useless because they want to sell you a plan and are not concerned with the customer but their money! I had a HP Laserjet 6700 for more than 12 years before I had any problems with it. Don't buy this printer!

Easy to setup and allows for all of my systems on my network to print. Also, the toner is very simple to fill.

Bought this for my small business! It was easy to set up with the HP Smart App. Ink tanks are easy to use. No messy ink everywhere.

Only had this printer a short time, but so far it works great, easy fill ink tanks, prints fast and very clear, very easy hooking up the printer

The smart tank has been a good buy in that it gives clear print with good speed. The ink replacement bottles are easy and clean to replace.

This is a product that works perfect in our home when others wouldn’t. It is an excellent product and easy to hook up. I highly recommend it!

Set up was easy and it works every time. Like the tank ink.

The printer works great . and the ink last a long time in this. The papers come out quickly without two or three sticking together.

Easy to set up. Like having control over the buying of ink. Will definitely get used a lot. The only disadvantage is the noise when printing.

This is a great printer, I upgraded from the 6001 and haven't had any issues. The ink is affordable and a little goes a long way.

After over a month, the only thing I have been able to print is the alignment page. Numerous calls to hp have wasted 20-4 0 minutes only to be hung up on or told no one was available to help. I specifically bought the7602 so I could scan multiple documents. I can't scan one page. Geek squad says to contact hp. It appears I am missing a SCAN TO FILE. Ever other printer that I have bought put the scan to file on my computer during set up. The booklet for set up uses actual drawings. neither the video or booklet shows clearly where the electrical plug is and which side should go up when plugging into the printer. There is no actual customer report since hp won't recognize my phone number. Th font with the serial number does not clearly distinguish between a 1 or a l, a 5 or a s. After paying over $400 dollars, all I have to show is that my printer is aligned. Crazy me, I bought it to print and scan. Both Best Buy and hp have let me down beyond anything I could ever imagine!!

The printer is quite and relatively easy to use. I can print from my computer and my phone.

Works great. Trouble setting up the folder for scanning documents to computer.

Works great,is low noise and does everything I needed. Install was perfect and Best Buy was good in explaining all aspects of the printer

Glad I got it, it’s nice getting away from cartridges and just works amazing!

Awesome! Prints up to 7,000 pages before need ink I was told so have not validated it yet but if so.......A Great Buy!

Easy set up Tank refill is perfect I would recommend it to everyone

Prints great a little on the slower side but otherwise worth the purchase is you can catch it on sale.

Easy set up and great print quality. Printing is fast and network set-up was a breeze. Much better than my desk jet. Definitely a solid upgrade.
