The Printer is very good but Geek Squad was not. I had the printer for 3 weeks and they made 2 house visit and were not able to get it to work. I had HP support do the installation.

Easy setup for printing and copying. Wasn't aware you had to buy an app for wireless printing from phone and laptops.

I am done with HP printers. This is the first one with an app to control the printer. Why do I need an app when I could command the machine with buttons or from a computer, or do mobile printing like the prior HP printers offered? This printer would not do double sided copy or double sided scan to flashdrive. The paper feeder on top would not work. Double sided anything had to be done manually. HP support would use up 15 minutes to confirm my identity, then another 20 min hold, then every time they would place me on hold or transfer me, the call would drop. Even though they had my number, if the call dropped, they did not bother calling back. Best Buy says all HP printers now work through an app. They are helping me return this printer under the Total Protection plan. I am very thankful for the Best Buy Total Protection Plan. HP has now lost a longtime customer.

I am new to the smart tank technology. I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about ink for two years. The printer does everything it supposed to do. I would highly recommend this printer.

Print is excellent but not happy with how slow it prints

This printer has all the features you should need for home/home office printing. I love that it has an economical ink design.

This is an excellent price of tech. HP really knows who to make setting up easy. The printing is a little noisy, but the quality is nice, and the cost of ink long term is going to be a savings over my Canon printer.

Came to the store to purchase a laser jet, but the employee talked me into the 7602. I've been very impressed with the quality and use of ink so far. Feel like Imade a good decision.

Great printer. I liked the fact that you do not need to buy ink cartridges. Which has been lasting a long time. This is a different setup than I am used to, but easy to use.

Printer works reasonably well, but constantly comes up off line . Have to reboot often . Print quality good.

I recomendaste it. It si perfect for using in a small business or if you want to use it at home.

I was very hesitant to buy another HP Inkjet. After speaking to the Best Buy staff they showed me all of the improvements and I decided to give it a try. It had preformed 100 times better than my old one!
