Not an easy "plug and play"! Complex installation requiring an app, extensive work on computer to "link" and setup via Bluetooth AND wi-fi. Also had a problem with paper jamming, and un-diagnosable connectivity issues periodically. Overall, a major disappointment from HP.

I was convinced by a Best Buy rep. that this was the best printer at the time. I have experienced NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! I have had to have Geek Squad get it to work AT LEAST 6 TIMES. HP support was terrible-they constantly put you over to the JustAsk site and I got roped into trying that at ANOTHER COST. Just after getting Best Buy to help getting this stupid printer back up and running again, I got a code for ANOTHER ERROR! When I called HP support, she asked for the code & when I told her what it was, she acted like she had never heard that & ended up NOT HELPING ME AT ALL! When I went to print the next day, IT WOULDN'T EVEN TURN ON ! ! ! ! ! I will take this back to Best Buy & hope they will honor the warranty! MORE HASSLE ! ! !

Needed a new printer and was going to get a LaserJet, but talked to an associate who works in the Chrome book department, but he saw us looking at the printers and he stopped to see if we needed help. He told us that he owns a super tank printer and loves it. It comes with 2 years of ink. We brought it and got the extended warranty as a precaution. It works great!

Easy set up and prints well. The idea of ink lasting a long time is great.

After over a month, the only thing I have been able to print is the alignment page. Numerous calls to hp have wasted 20-4 0 minutes only to be hung up on or told no one was available to help. I specifically bought the7602 so I could scan multiple documents. I can't scan one page. Geek squad says to contact hp. It appears I am missing a SCAN TO FILE. Ever other printer that I have bought put the scan to file on my computer during set up. The booklet for set up uses actual drawings. neither the video or booklet shows clearly where the electrical plug is and which side should go up when plugging into the printer. There is no actual customer report since hp won't recognize my phone number. Th font with the serial number does not clearly distinguish between a 1 or a l, a 5 or a s. After paying over $400 dollars, all I have to show is that my printer is aligned. Crazy me, I bought it to print and scan. Both Best Buy and hp have let me down beyond anything I could ever imagine!!

The HP smart Tank is great. Took more effort than it should to learn how to operate it. The instructions lack a few critical details. But, I worked it out.

Great price. Easy to set up and use. Enough ink for years!
