I followed all the instructions provided. I can print from the computer but It wont scan to the computer. The Wi-Fi setting wont link to my phone. The info window on the printer says that it isn't connected to the computer. But as soon as I unplug the cable the cable the desktop says the printer is off line.

So far, so good. I previously had an HP 5700 series printer that lasted close to 10 years. I’ve only used it for about a week. I made 80 copies of my Christmas letter, scanned documents from the printer to my computer, and faxed a document. It’s quiet, and I’m looking forward to seeing how long the ink tanks last!

I had high hopes for the HP Smart Tank 7602, especially with the promise of up to 2 years of ink included, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. Good Points: Convenient Ink System: The "Supertank" feature is great in theory—having plenty of ink included up front is a real bonus for heavy printing. It’s a nice change from constantly replacing cartridges. Wireless Functionality: The setup for wireless printing was smooth, and the ability to print directly from my phone or laptop without needing to connect cables is very convenient. Area for Improvement: Unreliable Print Quality: Unfortunately, the print quality didn’t meet expectations. The colors were often off, and there were frequent paper jams. After troubleshooting several times, I decided it wasn’t worth keeping, especially for professional use. I ended up returning it because the print quality issues outweighed the convenience of the ink system. Maybe it works better for occasional use, but for someone needing reliable prints regularly, this wasn’t the right fit.

Works ok but is very slow. I do like the ink bottles that last longer then cartridges

It seems to jams a lot. And then the little monitor sometimes we'll say that it's jammed, and it's not. I'm wondering if I got a lemon.

Good copies, easy to use. Smaller than my very large old HP printer.

I got it all set up. It printed a test page, then went into update mode and bricked itself. Nothing could get it out of update mode. HP help not helpful. Said to unplug for 5 minutes or so (I let it sit overnite) then plug it back in. Went right back to forever setup mode. Two days later it was still in update/setup mode. The network was fine and it was alive according to the router. There's no physical buttons on this printer. Just a touch sensitive screen. If it goes into a DO loop then there's no way out. I could try to tap into it's os but at that point I just gave up and took it back. Best Buy has degrees of membership. I had the base membership which gave me a two week return policy. Since it was more than two weeks I had to buy into tier-2 of ther membership which gave me 60 days. Got my money back. I decided I don't need a printer anymore and just will go to the package store for my print needs from here on out. Most of my dealings with personal printers have been not good with breaking/fussy/no toner/jams etc. the majority of my experience. So I decided like cable and the land line I have no need for a printer.
