    Total care technicians were of no help in helping me get the scan to computer set up with this printer. All the on line technicians did was run a scan of my computer and they were done. Total care was great when the technicians could come to the home and set up hardware

    This 3 in is 1 is far inferior to the HP 8710 I had used for years. The printer is okay, but the scanner is totally worthless, and I need to have a dependable scanner in my work. I am very disappointed in this product.

    Honestly not happy with it The screen on it is really small it’s not friendly for older people Plus setting up the ink And opening it up it’s easy for older people I was able to set it up for my self…
