    If you are not an IT person, this printer is not for you. I spent 2 hours trying to make it connected and scan. The website did not have the correct drivers I needed. I had to get the drivers from a different website.

    Best Buy cannot tell me why my new HP Smart Tank printer will not print! Every report I print out says it is up and running, however, I try to print anything (ie emails or google, nothing!!! ) I am ready to return it to Best Buy
