After about 2 months this printer operates well. It does require some complex setups for scanning...some of which I still haven't figured out. However the basic setup is easy and quality is good.

The HP Smart Tank 7602 is excellent. I don’t have to buy the printer cartridges anymore and use less ink. Paid for the extended warranty and was worth it because at 11 months of use the printer heads showed an error. Took the printer back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one. Had to buy a new warranty but would have paid more for new printheads.

Works great! Does everything I need and some, prints clear no issues and barely uses any ink

I love this smart tank printer. Ink lasts a long time and when replacing much cheaper.

It pronts excellent color quality. I have even printed pictures.

great printer like the refillable ink vs cartridges. Been working great just has an occasional hiccup that requires it to be un plugged and plugged back in after a power brown out.

I purchased my Smart Tank HP7602 on October 9th, 2023, and it worked great until about a week ago, when it began going offline on its own and experiencing issues with connection and printing. I have to restart it over and over, which is becoming annoying, especially since I'm not sure why it is suddenly behaving this way when it had been working great until now. I start college on August 28, 2025, and need to pick up my printer on my way to Best Buy.

Printer head has problems. With no real solution to fix

This printer is great. The setup was easy and it connected to my Wi-Fi network with no problem. These days I just want technology to work. I had purchased another tank printer and the setup was terrible even with the Geek Squad person setting the other printer up. This printer went in with no problems. We were tired of replacing expensive ink cartridges. Now my non-technical wife can print and scan documents without any issues. The ink should last a long time, so we shall see. For now, everything is great.

I purchased the HP - Smart Tank 7602 Wireless AI-Enabled All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Inkjet Printer with 3 Years of Ink Included¹ - Dark Surf Blue. It is so easy to use, easy to refill and run. I am very satisfied with this purchase; I give it a thumbs up.

Very satisfied with the printer, very fast and nice crisp colors and copies. I actually have two of them, this one is the second one. The first one was purchased in November of 2025 and does such a good job is why I bought the second one.

We are extremely please with the new HP7602 Smart Tank printer. It was a snap to set-up in less than 30 minutes and filling the 4 ink tanks was quick and with no mess. Printing of both B/W and Color is clear and painless. B/W printing speed is great and Color prints take about twice as long but not a problem have only had the printer for 3 weeks but very impressed thus far.

This printer is easy to use. Great convenience with ink tanks and great savings from my previous HP laser printer, but not as fast. Have some issue with scanning but otherwise a very good printer.

Working good so far. I've had sever HP's. Not a lot of use yet. But liking the features.

So far it is working well. Minor glitch one day, but was able to reset easily

Excelent quality. super fast and economic. the ink is super cheap.

Only had it a month but, so far, so good. Use it for home office. Pleased that the ink levels haven't dropped much at all. I like that you don't have all those plastic ink cartridges to throw away. Can't attest to ease of installation (wireless) because I had someone else install it for me.
