Seems to well. It puts out high quantity copes. Hopefully I will save on ink.

FRUSTRATING!!! How can a $450 priter not do duplex scanning???? This should be a no bainer but it looks like hp bean counters have screwed us again!!

This printer prints slower than the 8720 that I had before and it is difficult to see when the ink is low. I do not like the touch screen at the top. I prefer the window on the 8720 that I had before. I would only recommend this printer because of the refillable ink option

Very happy with this HP printer. Less noisy than the old Epson, makes very clear prints, was easy to set up overall. Recommend.

Very dificult to set-up. hired a tecky and took him over an hour to get the unit to print properly. do not buy unless very teck savey

Poor quality printer. Problem 1 wouldn't print color, resolved by HP tech support. Problem 2 defective device, didn't have fax line ports installed from factory?? After 10 hours of set up and HP client support the solution was take it back to Best Buy who were excellent accepting defective unit and providing me another. Just learned no manual double sided scanning on this model. Another bummer with marketing. Advise go with another mfg. for a new printer. HP no longer a trusted brand.

Was terribly slow when printing, took 10 minutes to print 27 pages!

WORST BUY!!! This is the most frustrating and horrible piece of junk I could ever imagine. It works maybe 5% of the time. The rest of the time "printer is off line". I start and restart multiple times a day and once in a while that works. Other times it randomly prints something that's still in the que completely out of the blue with no prompt. My laptop is probably Five feet away from the printer and wifi is ON. I had geek squad out to my house because I am a member of the plan and they got it to work temporarily. Then I left my house with the laptop, and when I returned, the printer no longer recognized by computer and is "offline". I bought this at the recommendation of the geek squad guy who came to try and fix my old printer. WORST ADVICE EVER!! I totally regret it!!!!! Horrible.

worked for about 3 hours and then the next time I tried to print it lost connection to wifi. I tried multiple times to reinstall it using the HP Smart app and it just would not reconnect. after multiple resets, a long chat with HP customer disservice I was told that the problem was a 5 Ghz wifi connection. My router is dual band 2.4. Ghz and 5 Ghz and the old printer works just fine. I just needed an upgrade. $400 for a printer and the wifi connectivity should not die the 1st day you own it. You should not need a degree in computer science just to print basic documents.

Feeder malfunctioned in first two weeks; does not pull documents. Am being forwarded a replacement under the warranty by Hewlett Packard. Best Buy ONLY offers ONLY 15 days return. I will NEVER Purchase anything from Best Buy again

Slow to turn on... slow to print. Wifi never connected because wifi light never turned on and had to connect to cable. Frustrating... just can't be bothered with returning.

Beware and keep the box! I unboxed and hoped I would not have to return this but I did return due to it being very flimsy, and easily breakable. As well as a "paper jam" mesage that popped up every time I made a copy or printed something. There was never actually any paper jammed in it.

I bought this printer and it will not stay connected to my mac book or my HP lap top.

Printer says ink tank needs filling just after being filled.
