Hudge disappointment

It took HP tech 4 hour to get it set up. She was mumbling under her breath the whole time. Trying not to say something bad about the product.

Tried to get printer working for 2 hours 2 no avail! Had to call tech support and it took the woman 2.15 HOURS to get the darn printer to print! Now almost every time I have to print, I have to unplug it 1st! I spent $340 on this printer, I REGRET IT EVERYDAY! Terrible printer!

SOOO many settings. it will take hours to figure out how you need it to function.

Awkward setup process

The next thing I knew I was essentially locked out of going forward or backwards in the process. Ultimately, I was unable to setup the printer and returned it the day after receiving it.

Stops working if change wifi password

Didn’t work, waste of money

Set it up etc. It didn’t even work! Very disappointed! HP customer service didn’t even know what was wrong. It stayed frozen with an error message.

Won't stay connected

Now it does not stay connected and we have to constantly cancel print jobs. This happens both in wifi and ethernet connections. Would not recommend if you are looking for efficiency.
