I think this is fine as a printer & scanner. It occasionally pulls two sheets of paper. The main thing that happened is that it only worked a couple days as a wireless printer and then would not communicate with the computer any longer. Rather than deal with this problem, I have now hardwired it. I mostly wanted it because I tend to use a lot of ink and this seemed like a better option than the smaller cartridges.

The HP is fantastic. I have had a Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw for over ten years and its great. Would NOT buy any other brand!

We are extremely please with the new HP7602 Smart Tank printer. It was a snap to set-up in less than 30 minutes and filling the 4 ink tanks was quick and with no mess. Printing of both B/W and Color is clear and painless. B/W printing speed is great and Color prints take about twice as long but not a problem have only had the printer for 3 weeks but very impressed thus far.

Am enjoying this printer. The color tanks were easy to fill. It was an easy set up and is working great. The best buy team member did an excellent job in helping me with my selection.

I got this as a replacement, it turns out to be a vastly better machine than I had. I would highly recommend getting this machine to anyone in the market for an upgrade.

This printer is great. The setup was easy and it connected to my Wi-Fi network with no problem. These days I just want technology to work. I had purchased another tank printer and the setup was terrible even with the Geek Squad person setting the other printer up. This printer went in with no problems. We were tired of replacing expensive ink cartridges. Now my non-technical wife can print and scan documents without any issues. The ink should last a long time, so we shall see. For now, everything is great.

Print quality is great. Easy to use and print from the app.

Printing and copying good quality. Looking forward to not having to buy cartridges.

This is the second time I have purchased the HP Tank printer. I loved the simplicity of the first Tank and the second one has some new features that I wish I had on the first one. The second HP Tank almost doesn't even need a human!

LITERALLY THE BEST PRINTER EVER!!! THE COLOR ON THE PAGE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING QUALITY AND I LOVE THE FACT THAT I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE INK CARTRIDGES AND IT’S JUST REFILLABLE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE EVEN THOUGH ITS ON THE PRICEY SIDE BUT STILL WORTH IT AND IT FOR-SURE WILL LAST LONG! SET UP INSTRUCTIONS WERE ALSO VERY EASY AND UNDERSTANDABLE.

Good for a home printer , Black prints are excellent color can get by with on most prints ,tank saves alot of money on ink

LOVE the options that it offers, and it is an upgrade from my previous printer. Thankful for HP Support to get me past instructions that were not enclosed. Would recommend, coupled with HP Support.

Printer does exactly what I need. Set up was very easy and filling the ink tanks are simple.

We have two of these printers for the business and they've worked great for us! The Supertanker ink is much cheaper than ink cartridges and more cost effective. We'll be getting a third one soon!

I appreciate the economy of smart tank ink, I had several issues with it going off line and had called helpline , issue resolved then occurred again several times , especially when I got a new laptop, could not print , I found that I need to clear all WiFi network info and start again, now working well, helpline person told me I had to manually write in smart tank , , something about the drivers on new Chromebook, printer itself works well and easy to use

This printer has excellent quality printing. The ink well's seem to last for an exceptional amount of time. The only problem I had was with the installation. Many issues that I needed help with. Was frustrating. If I purchased this item again, I would have it delivered and installed by a pro who knew what he or she was doing.

I'd give it a five star, but I think it was too expensive. Too bad I can't give 4.5 stars. I like the printer so far. The set-up wasn't too bad at all, and it is pretty fast. I like the quality of the prints. It has a lot of features that I'll probably never use, because the older I get, the more the technology leaves me scratching my head. Lol!
