HP really knocked this printer out of the park—WoW. I purchased it to replace an older HP ink cartridge model and had some concerns about print quality. Those concerns disappeared quickly. The tank system delivers excellent results, both on photo paper and for everyday documents. The biggest win? No more expensive ink cartridges. The savings on ink alone make this printer a great value. I highly recommend this model. The only drawback is the lack of duplex scanning, but at this price point and performance level, it’s easy to overlook.

Beautiful quality (returned an Epson because the print colors were so inferior). Easy setup. Love it, just as I loved my previous HP.

Overall this printer has worked great! The only issue I’ve encountered was during the setup. It had a hard time connecting to my WiFi. My WiFi has multiple bandwidths or 2.4ghz, 5ghz, and 6ghz. Everything usually connects to the 5ghz, except the printer. I tried, with slight success, to connect to the 2.4ghz band, but even that didn’t fully work. So, what I ended up doing, and finding success with, was simply using an Ethernet cable to connect the printer to the modem. After that everything went smoothly.

Great printer, easy set up, and the ink system is fantastic. Comes with two years worth of ink. No cartridges!

This printer replaced my reliable old Epson that finally died. The setup and connectivity of the printer are superior, and the large ink tanks are so convenient. Print quality and speed are excellent. So far this has been a significant upgrade.

I absolutely love this printer. Joins seamlessly to connect with phone, ipad and computer for wireless printing. The ink is so simple to install and great instructions are included.

I really like this printer. Crispy output and super easy to set up. I haven't tried printing photos yet so I am hopeful that it will do well. All of the functions work flawlessly and connects easily to my phone/app

Have only had it one day & so far I really like it. My favorite thing about it is how quiet it is when performing it's many tasks. Second would be how easy it is to use with HP's printer app. Only 2 things that are minor: 1- top feeder sometimes doesn't grab document 2- Have to rescan items items randomly because scanner oversized or did not autodetect item.

After being a HP printer user for more than 8 years I decided to try something new when my printer stopped working . I started with a “brother”printer and didn’t find it very user friendly. Then an “Epson” printer - too many presets just to print in color on regular paper. Too time consuming. I thought about a cannon and decided why not use the HP printer again. Easy set up, very functional and this time with a tank printer how could one go wrong. It is an exceptional value. So many quality copies - can’t go wrong. Should I mention that all of these changes happened within a few weeks. It didn’t take long to go back to what works!

Works great but would not stay connected wirelessly and HP didn't have an answer. When the printer went to sleep after being on standby it would lose the wireless connection. I connected it usb and runs perfect it is fast and quiet. The prints look amazing! Four stars because of connection issues.

Our HP-Smart Tank 7602 Wireless All-In-One was easy to set up, compact in size, has good print quality and very easy to fill the ink tanks. The ink bottles clip into the top of the tanks and are designed to not spill a drop of ink. It was not as easily recognized as a network printer as our old 8600 printer was. We had to set it up manually on a couple of our computers, but it works well once setup.

The HP Smart Tank 7602 is excellent. I don’t have to buy the printer cartridges anymore and use less ink. Paid for the extended warranty and was worth it because at 11 months of use the printer heads showed an error. Took the printer back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one. Had to buy a new warranty but would have paid more for new printheads.

After about 2 months this printer operates well. It does require some complex setups for scanning...some of which I still haven't figured out. However the basic setup is easy and quality is good.

Once successfully installed via ethernet it worked and continues to work perfectly. I don't have wifi enabled on anything so connecting to my network was a bit of an issue that was resolved quickly once i discovered where to look and what to do. The big selling point for me was the approximately two year of ink supply and, at current prices the low cost of ink when the time comes. It was also on sale for about $15 more than the ink cartridge version. All of my printers over the years have been HP products. This one replaced a 15 year old that just gave up.
