This printer has exceeded my expectations. I love not having to buy $300 cartridges every 2 month. This has been a game changer.

So far so good. For me it’s about getting it done. I’m at home and retired. I don’t have many needs. The occasional spreadsheet or email. Comparison shopping and lists. Photos are important but I haven’t printed any yet. Love the canister ink. Supposed to last a year. I’m encouraged not to have to replace constantly. The only grump I have is that there is no on/off. The control is touch /scroll <> and viewed from the top so I have to stand up to look down to view it because of where it is placed (on my desk). It remains in the default to print so that’s just fine. Large capacity paper tray makes it bulky but I had room for it between our two desks.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When discussing my needs, it was suggested that I purchase the model above which saved me money from what I thought I needed to buy! I am very pleased with the quality of the printing. Overall, very satisfied.

Easy to set up and like the ink refill approach. Prints a nice color document, copies and sans. Small footprint.

The design of this printer is nice and the printer is very smooth when working and not to loud. I do a lot of scanning and I find having to use an App to work it annoying. Somethings should work without reinventing the wheel and just pressing a button.

Best printer we have bought in years.Ink should last for a couple of years

Have only had it one day & so far I really like it. My favorite thing about it is how quiet it is when performing it's many tasks. Second would be how easy it is to use with HP's printer app. Only 2 things that are minor: 1- top feeder sometimes doesn't grab document 2- Have to rescan items items randomly because scanner oversized or did not autodetect item.

The printing is clear and neat. It prints out copies quickly and efficiently. It is quiet. And I like the way it is set up.

Not quite as fast as my previous printer and relatively easy to set up …. but it’s perfect for my home use and love that I won’t be purchasing ink every time I turn around.

Easy setup, and the print and scan quality is outstanding!

Once successfully installed via ethernet it worked and continues to work perfectly. I don't have wifi enabled on anything so connecting to my network was a bit of an issue that was resolved quickly once i discovered where to look and what to do. The big selling point for me was the approximately two year of ink supply and, at current prices the low cost of ink when the time comes. It was also on sale for about $15 more than the ink cartridge version. All of my printers over the years have been HP products. This one replaced a 15 year old that just gave up.

Prints and works well. Difficult to set up software, but it was during a time of a national internet problem.

I love this printer! Hasn’t given me any problems, easy to connect.

Love the product but printer head got damaged in 8 months and when tried to replace it , the troubleshoot didn’t work. We spent $70 extra !
