Quality at a great price! We're very happy with HP printers.

Amazing I bought two. One for me and the other for my grandchildren. I needed a fax machine so I upgrade from the 7600 to the 7602. They have amazing print quality. The specification information is on point.

Only had it a month but, so far, so good. Use it for home office. Pleased that the ink levels haven't dropped much at all. I like that you don't have all those plastic ink cartridges to throw away. Can't attest to ease of installation (wireless) because I had someone else install it for me.

With this printer I can save a lot of money on ink I print lots of DARS daily reports in the security field

Very satisfied with the printer, very fast and nice crisp colors and copies. I actually have two of them, this one is the second one. The first one was purchased in November of 2025 and does such a good job is why I bought the second one.

Once Geek squad got the WiFi problems figured out, it’s been a wonderful tool . Works extremely well.

After the set up was completed. The HP Supertank Injet printer is very easy to use. Awesome, purchase.

Easy Setup and cost efficient quality printer/scanner

Not difficult to set up. Took about 30 minutes. Probably overpriced for what you get, but the next model down was only a bit less after I traded in my old printer for a credit. I do like the printer ink reservoirs. So much less waste. The bottles are recyclable. The bottles are one full fill of the printer. Not sure how it will go when you have to add more ink. I would probably just wait until a reservoir is completely empty before trying to fill it again. I think it would be a bit messy otherwise. The printer is fast. I use it on wireless alone. AirPrint works great with all my Apple devices. Easy to connect to windows 10 and 11. I used the app to set it up on all the devices. Do not sign in to the app before setting up! Skip that step. This took me to a dead end about printer ink and I had to log out of the app before continuing. It does not do duplex scanning, but how often would I use that anyway? I have a canon scanner for that. My old printer kept running out of paper all the time. This one holds three times as much. Big paper tray. Love that. Print quality is good. Not great. Not artist quality. Business quality. I think it depends on the paper quality as well. I use cheap copy paper. My old printer had 6 ink tanks with gray and two blacks and the colors were a bit better. The app also shows how much paper is left… that is cool. I took away one star for the price, lack of duplex scanning and the print quality.

I love this printer! I'm currently in school and the amount if printing I do is insane. With my old printer, I was buying new cartridges every 3ish weeks. With this I am still on the original ink that came with the printer. My last printer finally died (after months of sounding like it would go at anytime) in October of 2023. It is now July 2024 and the ink cartridges are still at least 90% full. A lot of my homework involves printing legal documents and notes that can easily be 50-100 pages per document. I have never been able to do this much printing on the original cartridges. I couldn't do it on the XL cartridges that I used to buy either. This was by far the most I have ever spent on a printer in my life and it is worth every penny. It was also much easier to set up with all of our devices and the network. I like that it holds way more paper than any of my old ones did. It will fit about 1/3 of a ream at a time.

This HP 7602 printer is performing well and exceeds my expectations. I love how easy the screen is to read (compared to my old HP printer).

So Far So good. I like the smart tank way better than the ink cartridges. This printer performed well for the short time I have had it. If the performance holds up it will be a five star.

The printer is pricey. But ink is cheap and there is plenty of it. For decades printers where cheap but ink was expensive. Example: HP 8710 pro was $160 and ink was $130 HP ink and not able to use off brand ink very well whithout messing up printer forever and only lasting around 2,000 pages. This printer: HP Smart tank 7602 is $450 and ink is only $65 for HP ink and you can use anybody's ink Black 32XL and 31/CMY ink for as low as $20 and lasts 8,000 pages. So Buying a 8710 Pro with enough ink for 8,000 pages would cost $680 and to buy HP Smart Tank 7602 with ink for 8,000 pages would cost $450. So you save $230 after printing 8,000 pages with HP 8710 Pro. Now I admit that is using there projected amount of ink used for 8,000 pages but you get the idea, that estimate is for 2 years of ink for each printer. So in a 2 year time frame you are saving approximatly $230. After that ink is cheap for another 2 years. Sounds like a win-win to me!!!!

Needed a new printer. Decided on this bad boy! Was very easy to set up and 2 years of ink included. Was a no brainer. Price was good at $329.99. Can't find it cheaper at any other seller. Print quality is very nice, speed is great. CAN'T GO WRONG. You can even print from a smart phone. I liked that.... Thumbs up Best Buy................
