Printer over priced for features available

Instructions were not clear. Printing / ease of use majority is 5/5. Until the aspect I purchased for a 500 dollar printer for scanning In documents but it’s document feeder cannot handle any page longer than a sheet of paper which is very sad and if it can hopefully someone reaches out to me. Because that is a very important feed for me. I purchased the printer over a similar printer for more than half of a lower cost. Because I wanted to have all the features possible. It would make me avoid having to scan in photo by photo which is a lot of time taken from me to do. If this printer can somehow do this it would blow my mind to five stars how ever for the price I don’t understand how it cannot do this. So two stars

I was worried about setting up my new wireless printer without help, but this was so easy! Prints great and fast, and I love knowing that the ink bottles will last much longer and are a lot cheaper than the cartridges!

I love love love this printer. The quality is top notch and it’s easy to set up and use. I made a good purchase and especially since the ink is supposed to last for two years.

Well worth the upgrade to this HP printer

Very good quality printer and I do like the refillable ink tanks, rather than the cartridges. The document feeder to scan multiple pages is a wonderful improvement over the previous HP printer which could only scan one page at a time. I took off one 'star', because of the time it took to install and set up the printer. I have installed and set up multiple printers over the years, but this one was challenging. Geek Squad had to help to get the internet connection made, then finished helping to set up and test print a page. Still would recommend it, as the quality of this more expensive printer is worth the price on sale.

Prints slow but does a good print job. For the price I’d get something cheaper that does that same thing. Lesson learned.

Great printer, it's a breeze to set up and I like how the ink is not messy. It's a little loud when printing but no big deal. I would highly recommend this especially if you like an easy set up.

It's a great printer for home and work from home use. It was majorly difficult to set up "Scan to Email" but I called Best Buy's Total Care and they got it set up for me. So I recommend the printer & Total Tech LOL

We have owned two Epson Eco Tanks in the past with spotty success. This HP is excellent! I recommend it to anyone who reads this sort of review! I would buy another one without hesitation!

Nice printer. Much faster than my previous one (E....n, which had clog heads when first bought new!). Touch screen is small, and sometimes difficult to use.

The change from an HP inkjet pro to HP’s Super Tank printer has been GREAT! Pretty easy setup and connection to our local WiFi; very good response time to commands and excellent quality of BW/color prints. Great choice!

A quality printer, I guess. Came into my home office one day & it had printed out the entire quantity of paper in the tray. Literally, ~100 pages laying all over my floor with just one line of characters across the top of the page. I said a "quality" printer because it may have been some computer/software problem that made it print out all that paper. I simply ain't smart enough to diagnose what happened--it's just that it never happened before with our old printer. I will monitor to determine if it happens again.
