    Paper jams out of the box and 5 weeks in it won't print via USB or wifi. I've tried reinstalling drivers and everything. A lot of money for trash.

    Printer is slow. If I could I would return it and spend a little more and just purchse a Laser printer. I'm sill having difficuly in getting the scanner to work and send to my email. I downloaded the HP app but that has been no help.
