Dissatisfied in Texas
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This 3 in is 1 is far inferior to the HP 8710 I had used for years. The printer is okay, but the scanner is totally worthless, and I need to have a dependable scanner in my work. I am very disappointed in this product.

Having issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It seems to jams a lot. And then the little monitor sometimes we'll say that it's jammed, and it's not. I'm wondering if I got a lemon.

Smart Tank vs other color printers..no comparison
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am enjoying the color copies my HP Smart Tank printer is producing. I had been using an HP B&W laserjet printer that I traded in on this HP Smart Tank. The color and clarity of the printer are very good...I have had no issues with it since I bought it.

Confusing Issue
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not happy with this yet. When I send a color document from my laptop to the printer, it only prints in black and white. There is no instruction to say "color" or "black and white." However, when I print from my larger monitor desktop computer, there is an instruction and I can make the choice

Disappointing Experience with the HP Smart Tank Pr
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like the HP Smart Tank 7602, but after using it for several months, I am thoroughly disappointed. The setup was unnecessarily complicated, with the app often failing to connect and recognize the printer. Even when it did work, the performance was inconsistent. The printer is also much slower than I had hoped. For basic documents, it takes a long time to print, and forget about printing multiple pages without constant pauses and delays. Another frustrating issue is the constant connectivity problems. It frequently disconnects from the Wi-Fi network, and troubleshooting it is time-consuming and annoying. I had to connect via ethernet which makes it impossible to connect to the app. I spent far too many hours trying to resolve these issues with no success. Overall, the HP Smart Tank 7602 has been a letdown. It's not reliable and the constant connectivity issues make it a poor choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free, efficient printer. I regret purchasing this model and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great.... until it died
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent when it worked. Printhead issue at the one year mark and HP is telling me to just replace. At $400 I think that's quite a ballsy thing to say to a customer. I managed to call before warranty expired but since it lapsed I am being tossed around from rep to rep....do better HP!!

Good printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer works good. The only issue is it printing is a little slow. Other than that it's a good printer. I only had a few weeks, will see h how it preforms over time.

Never worry about your ink levels again!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn’t sure about buying this printer because it was more expensive than a replacement model similar to the one we had. I’m really glad we spent the extra money and went with the Smart Tank. The ink levels are visible on the outside of the unit, so you always know how much ink you have.

QualityHP
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had HP printers. However, the latedts models seemed to be better as canoe anchors. This unit is amazing. Setup for all past units took forever. When i set this unit up, i was giving myself at least an hour. I was pleased with the extra 45 minutes I had.

Another Broken Printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it all set up. It printed a test page, then went into update mode and bricked itself. Nothing could get it out of update mode. HP help not helpful. Said to unplug for 5 minutes or so (I let it sit overnite) then plug it back in. Went right back to forever setup mode. Two days later it was still in update/setup mode. The network was fine and it was alive according to the router. There's no physical buttons on this printer. Just a touch sensitive screen. If it goes into a DO loop then there's no way out. I could try to tap into it's os but at that point I just gave up and took it back. Best Buy has degrees of membership. I had the base membership which gave me a two week return policy. Since it was more than two weeks I had to buy into tier-2 of ther membership which gave me 60 days. Got my money back. I decided I don't need a printer anymore and just will go to the package store for my print needs from here on out. Most of my dealings with personal printers have been not good with breaking/fussy/no toner/jams etc. the majority of my experience. So I decided like cable and the land line I have no need for a printer.

Printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the fact I can see when I'm running out of ink. The ink is really easy to put in. The printer was easy to install/connect to my computer. I was pretty much ready to print in less than 25 minutes out the box.

Like the printer.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Husband likes using this printer even though it's quite different to operate than his previous one. He likes the idea of bottles of ink rather than ink cartridges. Colored pictures come out looking great, too.
