Seems ok. A little more difficult to use than a Canon printer.

Clarity and very vibrant. this makes schooling and graphics that much more enjoyable.

I was convinced by a Best Buy rep. that this was the best printer at the time. I have experienced NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! I have had to have Geek Squad get it to work AT LEAST 6 TIMES. HP support was terrible-they constantly put you over to the JustAsk site and I got roped into trying that at ANOTHER COST. Just after getting Best Buy to help getting this stupid printer back up and running again, I got a code for ANOTHER ERROR! When I called HP support, she asked for the code & when I told her what it was, she acted like she had never heard that & ended up NOT HELPING ME AT ALL! When I went to print the next day, IT WOULDN'T EVEN TURN ON ! ! ! ! ! I will take this back to Best Buy & hope they will honor the warranty! MORE HASSLE ! ! !

Another great printer from HP. Didn’t realize they made tank printer until I needed a new one. Only issue is that it is absolutely miserable setting up. I’ve had to do it for my dad who bought one and myself. It’s was torture on both.

Terrible! Go through all the setup procedures for WiFi connection, test print OK, but then can't connect to it via Windows, Macbook, iPhone etc. even using the HP Smart app. It always shows the printer status offline or asleep. HP Support was terrible to navigate, and eventually they told me to return it to Best Buy. Geek Squad appointment set for later today. Hope a replacement printer will be better, but I think there are major product issues from HP with this model. Will update review after visiting Best Buy.

Love my new printer! It also makes scanning and faxing so much easier!

I really liked my old 7301 but this copier is much more user friendly.

Great dependable printer! Really like the liquid ink.

Good printer but sometimes the printer jumps off line before completing the printing job and when the issue is resolved, it starts printing again from the start of the doument which can be a waste of paper if you already printed 20 pages

Love it! Whoever did away with those other color cartridges I applaud them as they would bankrupt you!

constantly losing connectivity with computer, but the worst thing is no dual siding scanning!! What good is double sided printing if it doesn't automatically scan both sides?? HP has gone backwards in technology in my opinion. Have had many hp 8600 printers that were wonderful. They did everything and had a nice sized screen for the menu. The salesman told me this one was way better, so I bought 2. He lied!! Major regret!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This printer has been a great purchase for us! Love the menu screen and the tank ink feature is going to save us tons of money!!!

[Employee of bestbuy] I was skeptical about this purchase because of the price, but following the animated set-up tools made it easy and I love using it now. The document feeder tray is an added bonus it makes scanning and sending documents containing several pages simple.

Ink is expensive, this helps mitigate against ink drying out though. Bought this for my in laws, they like it.

After 2 weeks the printer works great. I'm looking forward to a significant reduction in the annual costs of ink used with my older HP printer with cartridges that cost me over $600 per year. I strongly recommend buying

I have had a hard time getting everything to work properly. Wireless connection has not been successful yet after several weeks trying. I called HP Support and got little to no help at all. I am using a brand new HP desktop computer in connection with this printer. It is very frustrating that the two seem to be having these compatibility issues and HP Support has been so useless so far...

This was the such a great find for my business needs. I have to print quite a bit throughout the day and the refillable ink comes in handy

Print is amazing. If you purchase this for scanning, this is NOT the machine for you. Very cumbersome to set up scanning to your computer (I have a MAC). Actually you can't scan directly to a folder with MAC--or at least about 2 hours of trying to figure it out from the directions, I can't solve my problem. I have different brand scanner that it scans to a folder flawlessly. Plastic body seems flimsy. I feel like I'm going to break it when I open the hood. Can't recommend.

Prints a little slow other than that I'm very pleased

Since I purchase the HP Smart Tank 7602 I do not run out of ink so fast anymore and is wonderful to use. The new ink cartridge provided was a ingenious way that HP has come up with.
