    This is a great printer, I upgraded from the 6001 and haven't had any issues. The ink is affordable and a little goes a long way.

    Very difficult to install. Once installed, worked for a couple of days then stopped printing. Sometimes would print color text but not black. Had Geek Squad come and reinstall. It then worked for a couple of days and stopped again. Have spent hours on the phone troubleshooting this with an HP representative. They are going to send me a new black ink cartridge as they finally concluded that the one I have is defective. Will take two weeks to get it. Once the new one is installed and if it still does not work, they promised to replace the entire printer within 4 to 5 days. Can't return to Best Buy as their policy is no returns 10 days from purchase. Been without a printer for weeks going through this process and will now have to wait another two weeks to see if this solution works. Not sure I would purchase from Best Buy or HP again.

    It works okay, but there are flaws in the design. The paper tray sit too close to the base. it is tough to open without getting hung up or tipping the printer. While it may seem streamlined, there is a need for individual buttons for functions, not just one using the one spot for everything. it is too confusing.
