    The salesman at the store told me that this was a good printer and he highly recommended it. However. I have had nothing but issues since trying to set this printer up. My biggest issue seems to be connectivity. I can't print from my phone but I can print from the desktop. HP customer service is awful and Geek squad wasn't helpful. I could pay over $100 to have them come out. I already pay for Total Tech support. What a waste of money.

    I love that you don’t need to purchase cartridges but this seems very cheap and I will be surprised if it lasts long. Slow to print, doesn’t hold a lot of paper

    This printer will not keep the WiFi settings intact. Every time I print I have to do something to get it working again so I can print even 1 page. So frustrating!

    The quality on HP machine has diminshed significantly since I purchasedmy first HP Color printer for half this price 10 years ago This hold so few sheetof paper; constantly jams; requires manual turning of 2 sided printing- and freezes your computer until it's time to turn the paper over. Try printing a 40 page document- it takes forever. The ONLY plus is ink cost is much less.
