I love my new printer, print quality is good. Ink seems to last a long time in the tanks. The only issue I have had is with the print head, sometimes it doesn't want to print and tells me to remove the print head and put back in. That resolves the problem but not sure if I will eventually need new printer heads.

only thing missing is auto sheet flip for 2 sided printing

when I had it working it was fine now my computer doesn't find it

The first 651 printer I got had a defective paper tray so it had to go back. I'm having a little trouble hooking up the second printer to my computer. The instructions are vague. There was a notice at the end of the instructions saying there is a video for setting up. Why is that at the end instead of the first thing in the instructions. I'm going to bed now.

Not as quick response as my previous. The tanks are a good option. I could not find a place to change font or print intensity.

This is a great printer. Does not use ink cartridges, but bulk ink. That is why I bought this printer. When my old printer got half empty of black ink, it would not print. I had to throw out the black cartridge and put in a new black cartridge. Then it would print. What a waste of ink. The probable cause is the communication between the printers brain and the computer chip that tells the printer how much ink there is. The Geek Squad could have fixed it, but this was right after the Coronavirus hit, and the store was closed.

So far, the printer seems to work fine. The only issue is that the paper hopper is rather small and does not accommodate very much paper, so you have to refill it more frequently.

The color quality is A1 cant get any better and 2 years of instaink cant beat that

Colors are not vibrant or crisp. Does not print double sided unless manually fed. Has color tanks v. Cartridges but until you set it up you don’t know that in addition to the color tanks there are printer cartridges too. Which are in a pretty cramped spot. Twice now I had to “reinstall” the cartridges. So although the ink is supposed to last up to two years not sure about these extra cartridges. . We wanted a fairly small printer for counter top but we’ll see.

This thing does everything I need without any hiccups. I needed an office style printer that could also scan and copy and it is up to the challenge every single time I need to use it. Printing is extremely fast and efficient, and the app is serviceable. My biggest compliment is how easy it is to use wirelessly. My family is able to quickly make prints right off of their iphone to the printer without even needing me to assist, and that is worth the value alone.

The printer is very nice and quiet. It is easy to make copies and easy to scan to a computer. I love the printer.

I like the HP-Smart Tank All-pn-one printer. The ink wells are easy to fill. The only thing that i wish it had was a self feeder to do side 2 , when doing a double sided print.
