    Not very happy with the HP printer . Had to get a computer specialist to get it to work properly. Just hope it doesn’t quit again. Service calls with computer helpers are not cheap

    My rating is based on the fact that the sales guy gave me a different model than the one I asked for and I didn't realize it until it was out of the box at home. Fortunately Best Buy was extremely responsive and gave me a full refund.

    Instead of fixing the minor issue they solved it by giving me a new printer and wanted to charge me more. I didn't agree so they sent me to another store 10 miles away. In addition they asked me for more money for the insurance of the new printer, which would only cause me additional expenses. I think it was all fake and they basically prevented me from using the insurance until the end of the term. They just made a profit of two and a half years and didn't want to fix the simple problem that was there. Sorry but I think it was theft through lies.

    not the smartest machineneeds to feed paper constently very slow ,not for commercial use,home may be.sales person had personal liking to this machine i guess i doubt it but she sort of conveince me ,this was the best. i came with other in mind lazer printer which was 100 cheaper ,not happy with the purchsae.
