Love the laptop so far! Beautiful and light weight

It was so good which is more than I expected while working

Light weight, compact, fairly easy to set up and start working. Good screen clarity.

Excellent PC for the cost of 799.99 Works well to this day. Taxes and Microsoft came out a lil more pricey

This laptop was purchased for my grandson going to a new high school in DC. He needed to upgrade from a Chromebook to a more robust true laptop. This was our first choice and has proven to meet all his academic needs. He is very pleased with his new laptop.

Great laptop use it for everything. Keyboard Lights up perfectly

Nice replacement computer . However, don’t like Start Up screen. Prefer photo scene as Desk Top. Probably can be done. Like certain website icons on Desktop. Also, when scrolling Favorites, computer doesn’t give much time to continue but shows all named web sites at where you stopped & blocks the Favorites list.

Getting a new Laptop for my son’s college. It was good to look around with the help of the associate. He’s funny and helpful and try to help/explain as much as he can. We ended up getting the best deal and great laptop.

I have no negativity as of yet thats why I gave a 4 star thats based off the time ive had with it could get to a 5 star. I am happy I got the best buy protection and the geek squad was very helpful setting up the laptop how I wanted it thanks.

This is a quality laptop, feels solid but lacks a truly premium feel. When compared to my previous Spectre, the aluminum shell feels thinner and flexes a bit more. The keyboard also feels of a lower quality than previous models. This model just doesn't feel like it belongs to the Spectre line-up, which is supposed to be HP's top of the line. It's more similar to an Envy or other HP models. And although it has two USB-C ports, it also charges via this port, meaning you can have two external displays only on battery power. It would have been much better if HP just provided a regular charging connector in addition to the two lightning ports and/or a HDMI port.

This laptop is great specially for college students

Top of the line. A high quality computer and the sale price made it that much more attractive. I can't say enough good things about Best Buy either. The sales folks have been outstanding.

This is my second Spectre. I still have the first one I bought over seven years ago. I just needed a smaller and lighter laptop for travel.

Very nice high end notebook. Great keyboard. Sensitivity on the touchscreen seems a little uneven. Battery life a little less than I expected. Worth the sale price I paid.

I absolutely love this laptop. I got it for law school, and I have no complaints. It is also a beautiful color.
